Some notes regarding cottage 724: We missed basic kitchen appliances such as a blender and toaster. The bathroom on the ground floor lacks a shower curtain and a shelf for toiletries and hooks to hang towels, etc.

The house itself is quite nice, but it was very badly cleaned. That makes your arrival a bit less.Now, after a night's sleep, critically examined the house, I can only judge that once a big cleaning is not out of place. One of the duvets was dirty. Apparently there is no control. Reception offered to send cleaning again. But that was after we had already sorted things out a bit ourselves, and apologies were also offered.

The place where we stayed, very bad (no) lighting along the path. Otherwise a reasonable stay.

The house was very nice and lots of privacy.Wij enjoyed.

Bed linen not ordered, but had to be paid for. Cottage was downright filthy. Kitchen plinth was loose on the floor, bedside lamps upstairs and downstairs were broken and not on. Showering downstairs was impossible, water ran straight into the bedroom so everything on the floor was soaking wet. Final cleaning € 110. scandalous

Nice clean place to stay. Park okay. The swimming pool is very cold

With a child and a dog in our company, it was a perfect park for us; you could walk into the forest with the dog for a wonderful walk and for our grandson the indoor playground and the swimming pool were ideal as the weather was bad. The cottage was cozy and had wonderful beds and a complete inventory in the kitchen .. What annoying was that the mat always slid away when you opened the outside door, making it very dirty in the entire hall. I would like to mention points for improvement; a towel and tea towel hook in the kitchen and in the (spacious) bathroom a cupboard where you can put something on or in. Now there was nothing, not even a shelf above the sink.

Lots of ducks and duck feathers; Ditch for the garden is a risk for small children; A large container for green waste disfigured the view;

Beautiful surroundings and beautiful house. Good beds. Only showering at bedroom was annoying. During showering you had to remove water with a trigger, otherwise the bedroom was blank. Tile floor does not drain well

The booking is very messy and runs over 2 disks, a part Belvilla + payment and a part europarcs + payment. No information exchange among themselves. Means supplying the same data twice. The accommodation could be good. Unfortunately many dirty windows, doors, pillows also broken, latches broken bedroom, in bed mattress pit, stripe in toilet dirty trigger upstairs and downstairs no trigger shower whipped white. Because of the high amount for cleaning costs, we had imagined the accommodation differently. We will definitely visit the area again.

Below our reaction to De Roompot Dear Roompot employee (star) (er), So far all Roompot holidays have been a pleasure for us and will probably stay that way. The past midweek in Lochem was not! The employees were nice and attentive, fine.But ..., we arrived in house no.733, where the cold almost came to meet us, it turned out that the room temperature was 16 degrees, then we set the thermostat to 22 degrees, the rest of the afternoon and we spent the evening in the cold, because underfloor heating is slowly coming in. At midnight, the living room temperature had risen to 18 degrees, when we looked up the bedrooms, the thermostat still turned on 18 degrees. The cold was so far, the sounds of the resume not! Actually, only one sound, a high squeak, penetrating, loud and monotonous, nevertheless we were able to sleep reasonably well, the beds were fine. etel was upstairs the sound was audible even downstairs in the living room, you will understand that it sounded much louder in the upstairs bedrooms. The next day complained about the above problems, meanwhile the living room was at the right temperature, immediate action was taken technician who came to watch (and listen) said that the solution lay in the further opening of all thermostat taps. That seemed to work, however, during the day it was again a squeak. The bedrooms, on the downstairs bedroom after, were "overheated" in the meantime, but with the windows open it was reasonable to do. Again made a report at the reception, quite soon after another technician who took a photo of the central heating system. No solution, however, if the temperature remained at the same level, it seemed that the beeping was less "present". All in all, an extremely disturbing factor. We have not experienced this before. the surroundings are beautiful the park was quiet (out of season). the staff at the reception are very friendly and the handyman was quickly on site for advice.

Good reception and further settlement

The holiday looked neat. Fairly new and that gives a nice feeling. However, the coziness like a cushion on the couch did not work as it did. It is a beautifully manicured park. Beautiful maintained facilities such as a swimming pool, indoor playground and outdoor playground. I found the service from the park bad. Upon arrival you will receive an envelope in your hands with the message that all information and the house key are in it. The towel packages were not present and when asked at the reception was casually said oja if you book at Bellvilla then they do not give us through ...... Also the underfloor heating did not and it was solved by a heater and bring to say that it takes 5 days before floor heating gets hot. Biggest nonsense of course. In the end it was compensated because we could stay for free for 2 hours longer, but only when we asked for it ourselves. We had a nice weekend and did not give negative energy to the service but it is a shame.

Park neat and well looked after, 6 persons Accommodation was ok for 3 adults + dogs, and more than 4 adults ??? Interior not our taste, the TV sofa was lovely, but the operation of lights and heating via control panel very unclear.

The area is very nice and the population is very friendly. The accommodation was good, but deserves more attention in terms of cleaning.

Beautiful accommodation, nothing to complain about! The only downside was the persistent heat, the recreational lake was plagued by blue algae, fortunately there were enough swimming pools in the area.

The arrival at the reception was pretty business, but just okay. The house met our expectations and the environment was excellent for us. We like cycling, occasionally a terrace and in this area this was great.

The villa is very nice and sunny. Since the houses are not that long, the garden is still very bare. Because of this, there is still little privacy. You also look inside the house of the neighbors. Vitrage would be a good solution. With small children it is not safe outside of the water. Unfortunately our view was disturbed by building materials on the other side of the ditch. In the near future, more villas will be built on the other side of the ditch. Yet it can be said that we had a good house and we could enjoy the sun outside on the terraces! What is not pleasant on arrival is that some things have to be paid. Cleaning costs, service costs, mandatory bed linen etc. This could be paid in advance to Belvilla. They then settle it with the park.

Because you had transferred accommodation Boekhorst to the Achterhoek resort, we did not end up in Bronckhorst accommodation. At check-in it was said that a water pipe had been knocked by the frost and we had been upgraded to another accommodation, this was a chalet with two bedrooms and a bathroom. So we wondered what the state of Bronckhorst was, if this was an upgrade. There was also a lot, noise from the ONK motocross for sidecar and quads, both Saturday and Sunday we have been in engine noise, very annoying. Someone had to come from the technical service to explain how the TV worked. This man spent half an hour trying to figure that out! Due to the severe frost of Saturday the chalet had trouble heating at 21 degrees. It took a few hours to get the chalet from 15 to 21 degrees. The assessment that I will fill in is not for Bronckhorst but for chalet 168.
