Luxurious villa with microwave, within green surroundings

The villas at Resort Arcen are spacious and available either fully detached or link-detached. They come in six different variants and can accommodate from 4 to 20 people. There are standard variants (4-person, NL-5944-24, a 6-person, NL-5944-25, an 8-person, NL-5944-26, 10-person, NL-5944-27 and 12-person, NL-5944-28). Then there are the extra-comfort variants, which come with additional amenities such as a flat screen TV, combination microwave and an extra TV in at least one of the bedrooms (4-person, NL-5944-29, 6-person, NL-5944-30, 8-person, NL-5944-31 and a 12-person, NL-5944-33). The deluxe variants boast a trendy interior and a sun shower (4-person, NL-5944-35 and a 6-person, NL-5944-36, and 10-person, NL-5944-37). The wellness variant (4-person, NL-5499-38, with a free golf cart for use during your whole stay) has a bathroom with a hot tub, an infrared sauna, a relaxation room, and a bubble bath in the garden. Then there are the extra-comfort family villas (10-person, NL-5944-32 and 20-person, NL-5944-34), which have a gas fireplace and a deluxe open-plan kitchen. Plus, all bedrooms have a flat screen TV as well as their own ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet. Finally, there is the ultra-deluxe detached wellness swimming pool villa (8-person, NL-5944-39). This villa is the jewel in the crown of Resort Arcen and will be available starting in July 2013. The below-ground level contains a private covered swimming pool with jet stream, a combination sauna, sun showers and access to the garden with its sheltered seating nook and bubble bath. All the bedrooms in this variant have a flat screen TV and their own ensuite bathroom. All variants offer a spacious garden complete with a terrace and garden furniture.

Unfortunately dirty and not suitable for babies. We booked the luxury villa 6A. If this is luxury, we don't want to know what the other houses look like. The house was dirty, the TV cable was flapping on the wall, dirty cleaning rags were lying in the hallway, the kettle was calcified and much more! The park itself might be ok for families with children over 3 years old. The location is good for bike rides, hikes or day trips. You just have to be lucky and get a clean house. Another disadvantage is that you only see photos of show houses. Likewise, there is no indication of a very steep spiral staircase. Dangerous to life for small children and the elderly.
Do not wish to be bothered by Bell villa anymore you do not keep your agreements. Advise people not to book through you anymore.
We got the wrong house with 1 bathroom instead of 2 and it was also very dirty.
Arrival was a bit messy. Accommodation was fine! Environment is beautiful.
On arrival we had to start cleaning the house. Curtains hung loose dog hair on the chairs and couches. Window sills too dirty to touch. Dishes and cups put dirty in the cupboard. Shower did not go through, later half cleaning a wig by the maid service, sunshowe which when he went on stank of burnt plastic shit in the garden. I did my complaint 4 times, after which everything was tackled. Very jammes, we will never come here again. And still have to pay 80 euros cleaning costs. Ridiculous!
Beautiful home. Spacious, neat, modern and luxuriously furnished. Excellent location.
Good arrival, accommodation could be cleaner, 6 person cottage you expect 6 garden chairs instead of 4, better / larger parasol is also easy, otherwise everything is there, in short, a beautiful house. Environment enough for young and old.

The welcome at the reception was very warm. We were too early, but could already register us and later pick up the key. The cottage was superb and equipped. The beds were some mold and very hard. The pool is outdated and neglected and in dire need of maintenance. The environment is very nice, especially with the autumn colors. A visit to Roermond outlet, apart from the more famous onions, very worthwhile.

We enjoyed, the cottage was fine. Only the gourmet package can be improved or, quite simply, not even a hamburger.

Beautifully furnished cottage on beautiful landscaped park. Very friendly staff. The children enjoyed the activities of the animation team especially the ghost was very exciting. Everything we needed and plenty of fun activities in the area.
Overall, we are satisfied with the house, but regret that the house is not really clean wasveel spin craze both in the room and top- outdoor chairs and table, we have a real need to scrub to use shame because must still 70 euros for cleaning which still leaves something to be desired but otherwise fine
