Poorly cleaned and not worth the rental price we paid for 1 weekend.

Beautiful, clean house with all amenities and, despite connected gardens, still plenty of privacy.

New, spacious and bright holiday home in a spacious and green holiday park with sufficient amenities, such as a shop, swimming pool (a bit dated), mini golf, tennis court, table tennis, swimming lake, etc. Near the nice town of Arcen, where the Castle Gardens are highly recommended

Price quality. It's just not all. It's there, but it's all minimalistic. For example, there is only four of us with a sofa that is already cramped with six. Seats outside, it's there but cushions are not there. Living room small We had booked a six-person house for a little more space for four. Stuff for the kitchen is only minimal. In this house you really can not go with six people. A little more attention in the finish and comfort then it would have been better. Facilities are enough but also minimal or a bit dated.

Setting is beautiful, house was disappointing due to practical things such as missing clothes hooks in the bedrooms, shelf for things in the bathrooms, no meat or steak knives available, no sunbeds as stated in the description. Supermarket only open at half past eight, swimming pool on Sunday already closed at half past four. Furthermore, the house, the kitchen utensils and gas stove were not clean, I think it is a pity

Beautiful house with beautiful spacious garden in a lovely quiet park. Lots of walking and cycling nearby.

Nice house. However we had a short circuit on day 2 and also reported this to the reception. Probably water leakage from the bath on the ceiling lamp in the hallway. We have removed the hood of the lamp, which was full of water. the guest stove, the small burner, not quite as it should be, for almost € 1,000

Beautiful house fully equipped.

The booking was quick and easy. The park is nice, we go there more often, but now for the first time in the villa complex. The house was super clean and everything you need for a short stay is available. The staff are super friendly.

The house is out of proportion. A villa, and then a very small TV. A microwave instead of a combination. A garden set in the living room instead of a regular sofa.

Clean accommodation and fully equipped. Unfortunately we saw a lot of rain so we didn't see much of the area.

Arrival was good and went quickly. Some whining for extra passes to enter the house. Went not heartily. Cottage itself was fairly clean. Found some food in the highest cupboards. And not everything was cleaned properly. In addition, the mattresses were not great. Layers very bad. You had the idea of lying on springs, which resulted in sore shoulders, hips and back. The doors on the upper floor also could not open completely, so it became a door-open part of the door and the story continued. Furthermore, the cottage did well. The area was very wide.

Beautiful environment. The cottage initially looks like new from the outside, but on the inside were still pretty user marks. You could even see above the TV in the living room that there had been a leakage from the floor above for a long time. There was a pretty black spot. This has been polished up by the service department, but unfortunately that is not the solution.

Quick and easy check in. The accommodation was top. Everything for everyday use available. The house was very clean. Pure relaxation in the private sauna. Ideal for a break from everyday life.

On arrival we were very kindly helped by the staff. The houses are beautiful and make for a nice stay. We had to pay for the final cleaning, because we brought two dogs. This is strange, because you get the choice for other houses. I think that despite the paid final cleaning, we have left the house tidier than we got it. The electrical devices did not really do their best to make it even more fun, by not doing well, but that can not make the weekend even less fun. All in all a thick 8 for the park.

Large park and plenty to do. Environment is beautiful, pool is nice and big enough a bit outdated. The kids thought the glow in the dark miniature was a hit! House was comfortably furnished with two bathrooms. It was clean and we had a nice stay.

The arrival went badly. We were on the early side, so the house was not available yet. No problem cycling and exploring the area. When we returned around 5 pm we received the key, but to our surprise the door was already open and the dirt from the previous guests was still everywhere. They had started cleaning, but it was not finished. As a result, a cleaner had to be set up, so that we could not enter the house until 6 pm (instead of 3 pm). Apologies were accepted, but due to this incident the holiday began to be messy, literal and figurative. Especially during the first few days we came across the traces of previous guests everywhere.

A very large and extensive park with a huge campsite and lots of houses in various categories. I never go here Outlook in the high season. Way to busy.

arrival was good, the environment also nice (we had it hit with the weather) the house fell in as luxury rated very against. The park also had a lot of overdue maintenance. E.g. Miniature golf course was a lot (too many to mention), but 8 euros were asked for. Also the thermal bath was grubby and a lot of overdue maintenance, so we have only used it once.

Nice accommodation, unfortunately was the door of the freezer piece and 1 part of the exterior door was also broken. There was no bike in the storage at this house which was a shortcoming.

It is a somewhat older Park. Furthermore, there is almost everything that should be in a park. We had a 6pers. villa on residence small finch. This cottage is really nice on the outside and the enormous space around the house is ideal! However, the inside of the bungalow is outdated and we were not happy about it. If you offer a bungalow villa, let it be on the inside as well. Put a nice comfortable couch down and ensure enough seating. The mattresses on 2 bedrooms were old and saggy! You pay a lot of money for a villa bungalow so this should also be good.

It was wonderful our house had shade from 1500 hours and it was very hot.

The park is great for young and old. Especially the houses of Bel Villa are spacious. Nature in the park is beautiful with swimming pond and canoe pond and then also indoor pool. There is plenty to do in the area, so you do not get bored.

The facility is big and clean. The staff was very friendly. Our villa was a 15 minute walk from the lake, which of course provides a lot of exercise, with children it is sometimes problematic. There is then a scooter or bike Vorteil.Das house is cozy and adequate for our 5-headed family. All appliances (washing and dishwasher, sauna, TV) worked perfectly. In the house are no board games or similar. The kitchen equipment we only lacked a good knife. A small vegetable knife is available. The only unpleasant were the ants. They seem to have surrounded the whole house. So the breakfast on the terrace was limited or not possible.

Clear explanation at the reception, even all things still to be settled smoothly settled.Environment for all tastes, teenagers can go to amusement park Toverland, can walk in the fantastic castle gardens in Arcen, shopping can plenty in Venlo, that everything inside or in less than a half hour drive. Nice large accommodation, well-appointed. All the dishes provided, unfortunately the cookware fell a little. Furthermore, the beds are narrow, but for those few days it is possible to overlook it. Park is beautiful and the thermal bath is ideal for relaxing.

Neat reception, a bit messy because reservation initially not get found. Great house, just e sanitary kitchen but a very badly outdated saggy inventory tough beds. The surroundings are beautiful and versatile.

The most beautiful park, great that it includes bath for 2.5 hours per day. The cottage was well above expectations. Nice new and clean. Too bad the bed linen had gone wrong in books (or immediately resolved at the reception), there is no oven in the house and there were no decent knives (one small aardappelschillertje, nothing else). The mattresses were also very disappointing (thin, tactile metal springs). But all in all definitely a good experience despite the setbacks.

Had very fine midweek. Comfortable home. Kitchen equipment is okay, but not much to cook. 2 bathrooms next to each other on the floor was strange.

We had this rather large house rented because we want to and 2 bathrooms at least 3 up to 4 bedrooms. This home meets this requirement but is clumsy setup with two bathrooms upstairs. Because it was very hot and there were no screens in the windows are all shut tight because you have to be eaten by muggen.Tip I would give to small flag to not attach too expensive for the level verhogen- hooks to hang clothes etc. Now really weinig.- mirror above the sink in the master sleeping room install cheap fans, really helps with heat. we have 4 purchased at Action- garden furniture is really below par with 6 hard chairs and a parasol over silly. Take a mee.Verder is a nice park with excellent facilities and the area is superb with Arcen Horst and Venlo. Perfect for cycling on Maasduinen and peelgebieden.Wij will definitely go back there (in brackets, fan and umbrella -))

It was a good long weekend. Nice walk in the nature reserve surrounding the park and a visit to Thermal Arcen.

Fantastic holiday with top summer weather gehad.Mooi park, beautiful scenery, especially the Residence Klein Vink zelf.Leuk that there are 2.5 hours of free admission per day is at nearby thermal baths. Resume nice week polite!

A week with the children been on holiday. Neat accommodation, equipped with all comforts. This beautiful setting makes a successful holiday.

Beautiful, spacious, clean cabins (residence small finch) .Begin of the park by the old bungalows looks very shabby but the newer section looks very nice.

A beautiful villa and many comforts on a holiday with lots of activities and playgrounds. The villa had enough luxuries such as a sauna and lovely new interiors. Therefore, we do not understand that the quality of the beds was so bad. This contrasted much with the rest of the villa. The area is very beautiful and there are lots of things to do in the neighborhood such as playground Little Switzerland and Castle Arcen.
