great stay, the only downside are the beds

Wonderfully clean and beautiful house. Comfy beds and wonderful shower. It also heated up nice and quickly. Reception is also very friendly In short, a place to enjoy Limburg.

I will not go to this park again, the house was very dirty on arrival. Furthermore, the house was fine, nice furniture and good beds. Not much to do in the park

Very beautifully landscaped park. Nice house, nice and close to Valkenburg where there is plenty to do.

Neat and well-maintained bungalow park. Met expectations and description on the website. We were there during a very warm late summer, when it was very warm in the house with a flat roof and many windows (and without air conditioning).

Air conditioning did not work ... .. on all day and when we came back 38 degrees in the house. At 11 p.m. still 30 degrees. Opening doors was not an option because of a wasp nest in the kitchen exhaust duct near Garden doors.

Compared to Topparken in Garderen, we found this park a bit messier. The information on the website that we could walk into nature was not quite as expected. As far as the bungalow is concerned: it could use some new additions here and there. And the garden looked messy.

Quiet park and nice that the car is at the house

We spent a long weekend in this park, family with older children and 2 dogs. The park is very beautiful, it is reasonably spacious and well maintained. Our house was practically furnished and fully equipped. We were lucky to have a nice roof, so we only sat outside even though the weather was not quite great yet. There was WIFI but reception was very poor (that was a thing especially for the teenager). You can walk straight into nature from the park. The restaurant in the park is a bit on the pricey side, I think you have more choice elsewhere for a nice price. For us, one visit was enough, although the welcome was warm and the food was really good! The reception is friendly and happy to help. Ordering sandwiches and picking them up at the small gas station opposite the park works fine. We enjoyed the peace and space, the beautiful walking in the area, the friendliness of the people and are definitely planning to come back!

The cottage is great and fully equipped. The glass wall in the shower could be longer or something in the shower floor so that you can pull the water away. But everything else is great.

Comfortable house, sofa and chairs old and show signs of wear. Bed; mattress too soft when booking I inquired whether there were charging stations for electric cars. However, three are not connected. Called the helpdesk for this and a technician will come within 4 days (then my vacation is also over so not practical) I reported this to the reception: response that this was external so they had no influence on it. The receptionist responded; I don't own an electric car so I don't know about that. Little customer involvement.

Nice neat house on the edge of the park. Beautiful surroundings, which invited for bike rides. Friendly staff.

Although the accommodations are fairly new, there are already a number of flaws. Laminate comes loose, is broken. There was stains on 1 duvet cover, curtains have stains on it. Shower screen shows some mold, rust spots on the bottom. In itself quite clean but could be better in our opinion. The houses are very warm when the sun is on it, it can be about 30 degrees. For a fee you can turn on the air conditioning It is a nice park and you are very centrally located, but we think that in a year, for example, the houses will already look quite worn out.And for that price it shouldn't be!

I thought the ratio between price and quality was totally wrong, it was small, warm, full of flies, toilet did not drain, no wifi for 2 days. This never again.

This is a really beautiful park located in the Limbug hills. Beautiful, neat and especially clean houses. Truly a top park.

The cottage was fine. Nice and clean and enough space and useful stuff. Nicely made beds. The ventilation in the bathroom was not good. Everything was soaked and damp. We also missed a bedside table in the small bedroom and a light button or extra night light that you can turn off from bed. An extra mirror somewhere would also be nice and a cutting board. Furthermore, a towel hook in the bathroom and in the bedrooms. Just some practical things. The park is still a bit boring. Part is still under construction. The playing field for football is not there yet and the beautiful playground could unfortunately not be used because it was full of water. All in all it was delicious. Nice place near touristic things and with 5 min. By car at the station from where you can easily take the train.

We had a wonderful stay. Service was friendly and good. Cottage was well maintained.

A fairly new park but close to Valkenburg that is easily accessible, just like Maastricht and Vaals. You imagine yourself a bit in the mountains. The park was Christmassy.

Very good experience with top parks. Everything looked clean and tidy (both in the house and in the park), it was nice and quiet and the staff behind the desk were friendly. What else do you want?

Great holiday home for a nice week of autumn holidays: a central location with a beautiful view!

We found the house clean. Everything you need was there. Park where many houses are fairly close together. Despite that, we could sit in the sun and also in the shade. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings that invite you to go out. Various hiking trails. We have had beautiful weather. That was also the problem, when we came home in the afternoon it was 32 */35 * in the (plastic) house. It was still 28* in the evening around 8.30 pm, keeping doors open and lights on gave a lot of vermin. Doors closed was not to hold. Air conditioning was not an option for us! Solution: Curtains that also cover the top small windows above the doors. screens that keep vermin out. We will pay extra attention to this when making a next booking.

Five-person chalet with all the luxury you need, great. Clean sanitary facilities, beds not too hard / soft and sleep well! Nice couch / chairs both inside / outside, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer for ice cream or a few vegetable meals and a microwave. At the park the possibility to do your own laundry in the laundry room with a number of washing machines. There is also an outdoor swimming pool. 2 Negatives were; • TV available ... negative was really that the options are very limited so that you cannot watch via mobile or laptop what you would like to follow where you left off at home / no netflixs either. • Park set up in dead-end streets, so there is no possibility to walk a nice round in the park, only there and back at each street.

We had a good stay at Schin op Geul. Unfortunately the weather was not so nice but the cottage was fine. It soon became warm in the house. But beautiful surroundings, nice swimming pool, good restaurant in the park (Woodz). And a beautiful view! And there is plenty to do in the area.

We had to flee at Reidence Valkenburg because of the upcoming storm. So we lost half our holiday. So we have some credit.....

Nice and accessible, well-maintained park .. nice bungalow .. with wonderful beds. we even had a beautiful view from the living room ... there was a great restaurant where, finally after the lockdown, we were allowed to sit on the terrace again and have a delicious meal. Friendly and welcoming staff . Due to work ... paving of a terrace or the like ... there was a lot of noise during the day from machines ... that was not nice !! ... But that is the only downside. Park is highly recommended .... and a good starting point for walks and bike rides.

Beautiful house with a beautiful location (we had number 3). Plenty of space inside, kitchen was well equipped and nice that many windows can be opened. On the hottest day it was also very hot inside, so renting the air conditioning (remote control) seems a must in the summer. Swimming pool was fine and good that they had the temporary replacement for the playground (old vim renovation park has been demolished)

Playground as shown was no longer available. Furthermore, a lot of construction work and earthmoving along the streets where you stay.

Park is fine, too bad that the pool is not open (hang a note here, now you have to draw the conclusion yourself). House is also fine in terms of size, only very outdated. There is nothing okay about everything. The furniture is worn out, the faucet in the bathroom is leaking, the toilet flushes badly and so it often gets stuck, the shower head leaks, there are ants all over the counter (!), Almost nowhere is a hook to hang clothes (or a chair so grabbed a dining room chair in the bedroom), also in the shower nowhere a shelf for your shampoo or shower gel so that is in the wetness on the floor. Because yes, the shower does not run smoothly, so that basin is completely full. Space to tidy up your groceries would also be nice. Now you have to put all the glasses (where there are few) and containers aside to make room for your groceries. Tip to the owner: spend a week in your own house. Then you find out what could be improved.

Cottages are fine to good. There is not much to do for children in the park. Not even a grass field to kick a ball. You will be awakened by the activities in the park (park extension). Park staff very nice, in general the park is neatly decorated and clean.

Great stay, beautiful surroundings. Just a pity that we have to climb a flight of stairs at the house to get the bikes there. For the rest fine !!

Brand new holiday park (ex-camping) in a beautiful spot in the sun close to the Geul. Very basic with house, parking and small terrace and then the next. Few play facilities for young youth. However, a small swimming pool (open from May 1). Great base for beautiful walking and cycling trips. House very complete in inventory and very well cleaned.

Beautiful, neat and tidy house fully equipped. Only downside was the internet. That regularly disappeared completely. The reception then gave us the data from another network, but it didn't always.

Ordered and paid for dinner on arrival via the website at the restaurant on site. Nothing was delivered at the relevant time. After waiting a while I called. Answering machine. Walked over, the restaurant looks to be closed. No dinner. The 2 nights after that kept awake at night by animals under the bedroom of the house. Woken up at 2 AM on the 3rd night by enormous noise. A police bus appeared to be stuck in the mud on the path 2 meters next to the house. 2 van, 4 policemen with flashlights and a roaring engine from the other van took an hour to pull the van. Finally left the day before. Done with it.

Beautiful space, very light and comfortable. Nice and quiet park in September. Also nice that the car is close to the bicycle rack. Read in a previous review, many beautiful large windows, beautiful views, but therefore little privacy. Only curtains. Yeah, you can't walk in your pajamas in the morning, gamers by just look inside. Arrival was friendly. Cottage is not clean! Dirty fridge trash dirty freezer full of ice remains. After asking twice with a spray can, it was really a whistle. Freezer could not be defrosted, there was no time for that. Setting is beautiful and the pool pleasant.

The accommodation was disappointing. Many doors closed and we closed it with great difficulty. Cleaning also left something to be desired. I have bought cleaning and searching myself and cleaned the house. Everything stuck and was greasy. We also had to wash the dishes again. This was it too or stuck.

Our accommodation barely had any free space around, the parking space was too small for my car. We had no view, but looked at other houses. The ping-pong table was on the grounds of the swimming pool that closed at 8 pm. Ping pong was no longer possible for the kids after that time. There was a remote football field, the grass was far too high and where there were deep and dangerous holes in the ground. That did not invite.

Arrival neat, friendly. You will pass the entrance to the park, it should be better indicated. Good base for trips in the area. Space fairly limited in the accommodation (we were 4, was actually for max 5 people). Environment beautiful!

We had imagined the park differently than it was. Almost all cottages, so also the cottage that is offered, are mobile homes. The caravans are close to each other and the vegetation is still new and therefore low / small. You therefore have little privacy. Although we were in the cottages in April / early May, it was quickly (even if you kept the curtains closed all day long) 10 degrees warmer than outside. The area was beautiful, there is plenty to do walking, visiting cities, etc.

Accommodation was not finished yet, we looked out on a construction site. Cottage looks nice inside, shower was disastrous. Water flows from the shower into the bathroom, you do not get water wiped away with the drivel because there is a threshold for the shower. this caused the shower to stink. Departure time is early, so we left the evening before.

We arrived and it was very quiet. Park turned half off a section was 1 mud pool. The cottage was beautiful. As good as new. Good inventory (especially kitchen items are striking!). Only tricky is that on the thermostat a light sensor is you want to keep the house at night temperature you have to keep the big light (a bit uncomfortable).

Very nice park. Cottages are all very new and neat. In the house good facilities such as shower, kitchen, bank etc. Cleaning can be better. Upon arrival there were still many hairs from the previous dog. Fortunately, there was a vacuum cleaner available so that I could clean it myself. Accommodation is in a very nice area, many beautiful walking / cycling routes. You will be in Valkenburg within 10 minutes. Nice cities like Maastricht and Aachen within 25mim to reach, highly recommended!

Our arrival ran smoothly! The equipment of the chalet was fantastic! Too bad that not all are equipped with a canopy. There is one aspect from our side to complain about the aspect of air conditioning. There was no way to regulate the air conditioning, partly a lot of cold air flowed into the room. So we asked at the front desk. We were told that the remote costs 10euro per day. In addition, we considered this price relatively expensive, especially since we did not get any hot travel time. We would have liked in the case that the air conditioning would have been completely turned off. Because the draft was sometimes very strong and cold. The environment was beautiful. Perfect for biking and long walks. It was really a wonderful holiday !!! We would come back anytime)

Accommodation was hot 41c!) Windows closed, curtains open with the sun full on the cottage. It would have been better if only the curtains had already been closed. Reception was moderate, receptionists could not explain why we had to pay over € 200.00 due to small print. The reception at the reception was warm! The accommodation looked good in appearance, but was very dirty. Great house and nice pool in the park. Unfortunately, this pool was during our stay due to a technical malfunction. Furthermore, the power was off at many houses and it was difficult to keep the house cool at outside temperatures above 25 degrees (on arrival it was 40 degrees in the house).

It is a pity that you can only start at 3 o'clock in the cottage. The cottage was not clean. Dust litters under all beds. Winegums and bouncing ball under the child's bed. Dirty fingers on the windows.

Great house on a beautiful park. The kitchen cupboards were dirty on arrival. Upon arrival please info about public transport to Valkenburg, Vaals, Maastricht, ... and info about extra payment for use of the air conditioning in the cottage. We missed a bike storage. Wonderful environment.
