Beautiful villa between Den Burg and the Koog

This luxury villa is located on Texel and offers comfortable accommodation for 2 families, possibly with a pet! Its location near the beach (2 km) is ideal.
The villa is near the woods and dunes and in the middle of the unique 'De Dennen' nature reserve, which is part of the National Park 'Dunes of Texel'. It is also just 2 km from beach pavilion Paal 17 and a stone's throw from the Caluna swimming paradise, Ecomare and Schipbreuk and the Juttersmuseum Flora.
The villa features a bright living room with 2 sliding glass doors giving access to a spacious terrace with garden furniture, facing south. 2 of the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and there is a cot and chair for the smallest holidaymakers. From March 2023, this accommodation is gas-free and equipped with a kitchen with induction hob.

Spacious house for 8 people, baby and dog. House is barely furnished (atmosphere) and we missed some things such as extra blankets (we were there in a cold period), basic cleaning products, more than 8 glasses, etc. Street lighting access road did not work. All in all, that means that the price / quality ratio is not good. Great location, house was also neat and clean. The extra gas heater was super. Ventilation system made a lot of noise, but someone came by very quickly.

The accommodation is superb. Upon arrival everything was fine. The villa is very beautiful and comfortably furnished. There are four rooms, four bathrooms and four toilets. Nobody has been able to whine that he or she has had to join. The holiday home is also well located near forest and beach. We enjoyed our holiday. For a big family it is definitely recommended.
