There were air conditioners in the bungalow, which we would have liked to use for a fee. Too bad that option/service was not available.

House was not clean. Extractor hangs loose. Dishwasher does not clean. Furthermore, nice house with few extras

Beautiful house, good facilities and close to the beach.

Very nice lodge consistent with the photos and the description, very well located. The residence is very quiet and very clean, and in the immediate vicinity of the sea on foot. The staff of the entire residence were very welcoming. We appreciated the bike rental, the snack bar, and all the documentation that goes with it. We had a very good stay. We will come back with pleasure.

Cottage very cozy and well located

The house is fine. Some small bedrooms. The fridge is too small for 6 people!!. Wonderfully close to the beach. You can sleep well here, not bothered by noise.

Not all houses of this type are the same, but in general it is very well maintained and quiet, beautiful surroundings also with the beach very close.

A lot of things were broken in the accommodation, the price-performance ratio is not right, completely overpriced for what you get. Amenities not as described, no German TV channels although it was booked. Very disappointing.

We arrived punctually at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Our house wasn't ready. No cleaning crew in sight. At 5 p.m. we were able to go into the house and found a dirty house. Yogurt stuck to the table, dead animals to the doorframe. The couch and drawer in the kitchen were full of crumbs, etc., etc. That made the joy of the holiday much less and the first day was over.

Very neat park and houses. We only found our house not a 6-person house for adults, but more for 4 vilwassen and 2 children because of a bunk bed which is actually for children (190) and the space inhuisje.Park is very neatly maintained including the houses

Our house was very nice and modern, clean, not far from the beach. We were very satisfied. Since we were there with our 🐕, we were very excited about the fence around the house, so that the dog could move around freely. We would go back anytime.

Due to the weather there is little beach but more visits to the beautiful cities of Bruges and Ghent nearby. Cleanliness ok except for some sticky stains on the floor level with the dining table and crumbs on one of the seats.

Beautiful house, about two hundred meters from the sea. The only drawback is that it is very hot inside when the weather is nice.

Houses are unfinished, bedrooms and living room very small for 6 people. Nice garden.

The TV is only in Russian which means smart TV. Can not be used.

The location of the house is in the middle of the other houses so you miss a nice view somewhere. But the house itself is beautiful and spacious enough. It was also neat and clean on arrival.

The cottage was luxurious and clean. The park is a bit crammed with the same houses and there is little atmosphere. But the beach is nice and close and there is a cozy restaurant with a nice owner. There is also a playground nearby where the kids can play. We have had a wonderful week.

Very clean, spacious and complete residence. Everything is neat. I was on vacation with 4 teenagers. There was good Wifi! Heerljjk close to the beach. I would love to go back again! I really recommend it!

Arrival was fine. The cottage was not completely clean. The toilet was dirty. Furthermore, it was a great house with all the trimmings, even a washing machine and dryer.

The arrival was great, the reception was easy to find. Friendly staff in 5 minutes everything was done and could drive with an individual code in the park purely because this is secured with a barrier. The location for a beach holiday is highly recommended in 5 minutes on foot you are right there. The park itself I can not say much because we had bad weather with a lot of rain. What I could see was that there were some playgrounds in the park, but we could not really use them because of the weather. From the holiday home to a supermarket, it is only a five-minute drive. In the village itself is a beautiful harbor and the city itself is quite okay. But that is a matter of taste. We were in Sluis itself and it was worthwhile driving there. Beautiful city.

The park is good. The possibility of walking the dog in the park is very good. I can recommend the snack bar and the swimming pool is great. Our house itself was OK, but the kitchen and living room were a bit run down and the location of the house was really bad, as it was on a crossroads and the terrace was on the street with no privacy. The staff were great!

Perfect settlement, smooth communication with staff. Cottage for 6 people. on the small side, perfect for 3 adults and a teenager or 4 adults and 2 kids, because 6 adults really do not fit. Beautifully situated, close to the beach and center, supermarket nearby. Breskens is a very nice town with nice cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

Upon arrival, it is a bit unclear exactly where the reception is located, but it is located in the sports hall. The park seems fairly new, they are currently still busy with the construction of lodges / chalets. It is a fairly small and well-arranged park. Unfortunately, not much greenery and too few dog-walking spots, especially in the rear part. It is also a shame that the park itself does not have an indoor playground or something similar for younger children. The beach is within walking distance, ideal. For younger children you can also walk to "de Afslag" within walking distance, perfect if the weather is a bit less. Breskens village is a stone's throw away. Accommodation was clean, nicely decorated and a nice layout.

Arrival was a bit confusing. The Navi sent us into the park although the reception in the swimming pool was right at the beginning. What was not apparent. The bungalow was quite small. We already wondered how 6 people should fit in there. We were 3 with 1 dog and had space problems. The bungalow itself did not seem to be that old and was in good shape. Shortcoming Everywhere in the bungalow and the sheets were black hair. Good was that we were in 3 minutes on a nice and clean beach. Also a grocery store was kit the bike in 5min reachable.
