The cottage was not clean, kitchen utensils limited or melted, it would be fireworks free, but this was not. With rain there are huge puddles that lie all over the footpath so that you cannot walk normally, it was very dark in the park and the waste point is bad.

Really nice spacious house at a water pond. But not ready at check-in time, and the house wasn't cleaned (vacuum cleaner was left in the living, and the floors where covered with dead flies!) The houses are very close to eachother, but the location on the park is nice (close to facilities). Unfortunately the park is under construction, giving some Inconviniance. The public trashcans where not emtied, with even more wasp inconvenience

beautiful park and house super satisfied with the reception and the house was nice and clean. nice spacious house nice that there is also a bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor. beautiful kitchen equipped with all things and equipment. pity that some facilities were closed (restaurant) the cottage on the 1st floor could use some maintenance (moisture damage to ceilings and wallpaper loose on the walls) apart from these small dots definitely recommended for a nice holiday.

The cottage looked good, clean and nicely furnished, but smaller than the photos suggest. The laminate of the double room upstairs was so bulged that the door barely went over it and it creaked terribly making the room unsuitable for use. We immediately reported this to the reception, the next day a mechanic came who indicated that the problem was known and that nothing could be done by the rental at that time. My husband and I were therefore forced to each stay in a separate single room as our relatives were already occupying the other double room. In my opinion, this house should not have been rented out like this, it would have been neat if this had been reported in advance on arrival and a possible alternative would have been offered. Attention was paid to our complaint but no solution was offered. There was also no private WiFi in the house, could log in to neighboring houses, but because of that the WiFi connection was not good, always fell out. The park itself is beautifully situated, well maintained and quiet.

There was simply not cleaned when we arrived at the cottage.Alles was very dirty. There was no vacuuming, no mopping. There were even dirty cloths on top of the windowsills.Overal large hair strands and the like.Maintenance of the house also very bad.At arrival immediately filed a complaint and then a lady came to clean. She told us that people had sat in front of us with 2 large furry dogs. Yes, unfortunately we had already discovered that. How awful to say this. And then such a bad cleaning while you pay big money for it. I will not recommend this park to anyone. Next time we will stay somewhere else.

Nice neat park. Cottages look modern and beautiful. Neat and practical furnishings.1 thing was very disappointing and is just a shame. The cleaning could be done much better. Cottage was far from fresh and clean. Final cleaning of 112 euros is very easily earned, and is also a reason not to come back soon.

We had an almost new house. A few things were missing such as a holder for towels and poor lighting above the dining table. Better signage and the number of the house can also be improved.

The cottage was fine for 4 people, I would find it on the small side for 6 people

Good house in a large park. Could do well with 6 people. Hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. General impression is friendly, but not finished or groomed. Glad the dogs could come along.

The house is almost new and beautiful. It was a pity that it was not completely clean, especially under the couch, cupboards and in corners it was just not clean. The park itself has a small swimming pool where young children can enjoy themselves, the lake was not accessible due to blue-green algae. The restaurant at the reception was very nice, with lovely staff. The ladies at the reception were also very friendly and helpful. The wide area offers a wealth of nature, nice villages and fun outings for families (tip: www.kidsgeluk.nl). The park is located directly at cycling junctions, so get on and cycle.

Arrival was different than normal due to the Corona, but even now it was well arranged. Clear communication in advance, so we knew where to find everything.

Beautiful four bedroom cottage. Unfortunately, cleaning was not done properly, but after contact with the reception it was resolved quickly and properly. Perhaps an idea to place mosquito nets on the windows or an air conditioner. Resort is spacious with a beautiful swimming pond, there is also plenty to do in the area. Eg. Zutphen, Burgers Zoo ed

Animation for (young) children could be a bit more but what was there was good. Would have liked to have seen something more for the older youth (14+). Food was good, park is schoon.Misten or signage to the holiday home was quite unclear how to drive. Maybe longer opening times at the snack bar would also be better 8.30pm closing is quite early. Also missed some sort of convenience store. Cleaning houses could be a bit better.

Beautiful and well-kept accommodation and wooded area! We missed a curtain in the downstairs bathroom instead of just window film. Now it remained very bright in the bedroom.

Property smelled from top to bottom to on arrival. Really dirty. After contact with the reception, a carpet was removed and mopped, we vacuumed everything ourselves. After that it was doable. With EUR 110 cleaning costs, that is quite bizarre. The house was also comfortable and functional. However, different from the images, we found the surroundings surprisingly beautiful and it is a nice park.

Super friendly staff at the reception. Very helpful.Nice surroundings and the accommodation met expectations.A small downside was the deafening noise of the fireworks that already started in the afternoon of December 31 until 1.00 a.m. at night.

Fine! Nice park and nice house, nice and new

The accommodation was great. the cleaning could be better, many places in the house were dirty. There were even dirty handkerchiefs under the bed. Lots of dust and cobwebs. Environment is beautiful. Nice villages in the area and plenty to do. Unfortunately less to experience with someone in a wheelchair.

Accommodation was not clean. After a complaint this was remedied. Park is tidy.

The accommodation was very neat and clean. Spacious. The environment was certainly because we have a dog ideal. From the resort you can easily reach the forest.

Accommodation great! Comfortable and clean. The area is still under development. Staff at the park (reception, restaurant and cafeteria) were not very customer friendly.

Nice house, not very spacious, 2 bathrooms with shower. Underfloor heating which is not very fast so in the winter it can be a bit cold. During our stay the CV fell out twice, annoying. Park is fine, nice pool, indoor play are the children quickly played out.

Very nice surroundings, super cozy cottage and a neat reception.

In a bedroom upstairs a curtain was missing in front of the tilting window. That is why we did not use it. We moved the mattress to another bedroom. Also in the bathroom and suite downstairs, darkness was missing in front of the window. Environment and arrival were fine.

On this photos is diffrent house that one thing we had.But our was also nice. The problem was in the evening when we started talking, for me not possible to sleep on the side when was the concert.And first time we saw that we had only 1 key.We had problem one time when we closed the door and we were not able to open the door.We just called to help number and problem was solved in few minutes, that was good.

In the rented house, the bathrooms were not clean (dust and lime rims), the bed linen was partially dirty, a Moltontuch and a pillow were dirty. Dandelions and thistles grew on the terrace and an ant nest was on the wall of the house. A lot of thistles grew in the flower beds. The front desk was only occasionally occupied on the day and the staff spoke no German. The manuals in the house were only in Dutch.

Beautiful, new house. Unfortunately, the shower pit was blocked by the wig of our predecessors. However, this was quickly resolved by the technical department. An extra towel package, because we needed the towels to clean up the water ballet because of the blockage. Inventory did not match the inventory list. Show at reception what was missing. Received the answer that the list had not yet been updated. We found this strange, because it was clearly stated that you had to check the inventory on arrival. Furthermore, no cabinets in the bedrooms on the first floor. Very awkward. Barriers have been open for half a week. Halfway through the week, the barrier of the exit closed, and it remained closed. Upon inquiring, it turned out to be broken and you had to drive outside through the entrance. A sign at the barrier could have been useful. Wi-Fi for more than 1 device was paid (10 euros per work), but very slow. Restaurant at the park was also closed the entire week due to circumstances. Mini golf was also not quite right. During the game, 1 job was not complete (missing parts), 1 job was completely broken and 1 job was just not there at all. After inquiring, it turned out to be in repair. This could have been mentioned in advance. Pool was nice, clean and great for the kids. Not too big or too small. Well a smooth floor! All in all had a good holiday, but there are still some points for improvement.

We were nicely welcomed at the reception. Villa was clean and nicely located.
