The house had many leaks, was not clean and WiFi did not work. We have taken photos of the leaks that we would like to send to Belvilla, but unfortunately you do not have an email to which this can be sent. When I call you, I have to wait on hold for a long time to speak to an employee... there is poor communication with you. I have now submitted a complaint to Europarcs Achterhoek because in our opinion the house is not available for rental.

A nice park in a beautiful setting. Where you can take nice bike rides and walks and visit nice towns.

The accommodation and the place met our expectations. We also liked the accessibility and service orientation of the employees. However, we did not like the state of maintenance of the house we rented and the superficial cleaning.

We had a nice house with a fantastic view of the playing pond in a beautiful and spacious park

Not clean, but more than 100 euros cleaning costs. Bad floor, mopped too wet and therefore wavy. Of the 10 available duvets, 3 are reasonable, the rest is bad and dirty. In addition, this house is located between the trees in such a way that there is no sun to catch. Quite a pity with beautiful autumn days. All in all not a good experience.

Dear people When we arrived, we first swept a few rooms that were extremely dusty. The shower drains were also clogged with hair and soap residue. There was still a bullet-hard baking bun in the oven, the moldy coffee filter with drap was still in the coffee maker. We have reported to the EuroParcs reception through some photos how we found the house. They responded seriously and immediately activated a cleaner. Apologies were offered and the prepaid cleaning costs were refunded. You see, this was not pleasant for us arrival and for you a very bad advertisement. Perfect house in a great place. Excellent restaurant with very friendly staff. We were 8 adults and 2 little ones. Plenty to do for the little ones. Everyone enjoyed it.

Nice house good location good beds and nice shower but the cleaning is nowhere like dirt and grime, spider webs and on the tiles in the toilet at the sink dirty gunk, cups and glassware is dirty in the cupboard, it seems that only the floor mopped quickly is very unfortunate.

Nice house in a quiet park overlooking the swimming lake. Because of the location on the water a lot of mosquitoes. Ground floor (living room / kitchen / bathroom and toilet are neat, modern and spacious enough. It is a nice house but and there are still some points for improvement. House is for 10 people, but we think it is a bit too small for that. Top floor is under a sloping roof so if you are taller than 1.80 you can not properly stand in the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.Kitchen inventory such as pans and oven / microwave is not calculated for cooking for 10 people.Wifi can be used with a maximum of 2/3 people. You have to make a reservation for the pool, a maximum of 30 people are allowed at the same time, there is no control on this, which means it can be very busy at times. There are several playgrounds for small children. Near the park is restaurant "De Zonnebloem" looks a bit old-fashioned, but delicious food and very friendly staff!

Was a nice week only had a lot of nuisance from work

Despite the fact that the dishwasher did not work and thanks to the nice house in the fantastic location and the beautiful weather, we had wonderful days in Europarcs Lochem.

Beautiful house on the lake. Not cleaned properly. Bedroom full of candy wrappers, bathroom with toothpaste residue. Ordered cots and high chairs arrived much, much too late.

We had received a message from Belvilla in advance with the picture of a house with a lawn around it. The message was "here already a picture, then you will recognize the house upon arrival". On arrival it was a different house and there was no grass around the house. Too bad, we had taken everything with us with the idea that the children could play on the grass and we could sit on the terrace. Unfortunately, this was not the case. 0 grass, but stones, earth and plants, with the result that the children played inside and we sat outside. And we sat outside all weekend because of the beautiful weather. Great house, but in terms of expectations we were quite disappointed.

Park is beautiful and fun for the kids but accommodation is too filthy to describe! Reported to reception but no one heard or seen! In the high season, a new "house" will be placed on the park, which means that you cannot leave your accommodation because it was blocked by a tractor that broke down. And so I can go on ..... very unfortunate! Not worth a recommendation.

Arrival well arrangedBeautiful area, with many opportunities for walking or cycling in the area.Very sorry that the tropical swimming paradise was far below par. Cold water, barely heated, cold showers at the swimming pool. Beautiful chalet park with many varied chalets on it. Middle golf may use a makeover. Soccer field with electronic goals and scoreboard / goal is fantastic, you can spend hours there. Parking at reception is great.

Nice park with the woods in the back yard. Beautiful setting on the Salland ridge. Quiet but plenty to do for the kids.

booked through Belvilla. post of cream pot. location on europarcs.park has very narrow confusing car paths. Someone can suddenly walk around the corner where, for example, a hedge stands. Even if you drive very slowly nevertheless dangerous. Lochem beautiful area

super nice park. nice house. It would be nice if the things were also in order. - glass kitchen door broken - sofa collapsed. But definitely one to come back again

We quickly received the key at the reception of the park.Nice accommodation in a nice place, but the hygiene in the house unfortunately left something to be desired on some aspects.

First impression was good in a nice area

Nice arrival, no traffic jams at the reception. The accommodation is very well located on the edge of the park. We had small children and it would be nice if the road to the lake could be closed. For the street side, we have sought a solution ourselves by placing a barrier for the opening.

Reception was great! Accommodation perfect. The area is beautiful and we already knew it.

Accommodation was neat and clean, located directly on the swimming lake. The lake may sometimes be dredged (a lot of junk on the bottom)

On arrival everything turned out to be right. Our entire company (10 people) was unanimously very satisfied with our accommodation (chalet with a view of a small lake). Environment was already well and pleasantly known from stay in 2018.

Resort de Achterhoek is in a beautiful area and we enjoyed the house where we had a wonderful weekend with 8 adults and 3 young children.

Arrival was chaotic, it would be better if the access (read traffic) was arranged. Reception was neat.

A nice, neat, well-kept park. Spacious house, we had booked a 10 person for 8 people and a dog. Garden was fenced so that the dog could also enjoy being outside with us. We were on the edge of the forest, so with exhausts also handy.

The calculation that I received after booking was € 405.48 (€ 447.48 + € 30.00 - € 72.00 short list) ?? eventually turned out to be € 642.23. Very misleading! I had wanted to show the e-mail on my phone call at the reception where things were stored, but there was no reach. Unfortunately, I had left the printed papers at home. The deposit also suddenly turned out to be € 50.00 higher € 115.00 instead of € 65.00.

nice house, little seats for a 10 person house. The couch was not to sit on was much too wide you could only lie on. But there were too few chairs. Nice environment. Separate house in the Western Style, probably the owner is a good painter, very nice.

Upon arrival, they were not sufficiently aware of the early check-in. 3 hours earlier meant to check in at 12 o'clock at € 10 per hour. Later, however, it turned out to be correct, after which the cleaning lady called to know if the house was clean. Reception I found cool. House was at the edge of the forest. On the other side a play pond.

The costs turned out to be higher than anticipated. According to the Belvilla site, the price included service charge, bed linen and final cleaning but I found that I had to pay on arrival. Extra so € 14 + € 65 + € 95. Beautiful bungalow in a beautiful location in the park and nice environment and activities for the children in the park. Due to our reported malfunction of microwave and central heating boiler were quickly rectified

The accommodation was fine. We only noticed during the weekend that the house had not been cleaned properly. For example, we noticed during the showering that the drain was blocked. Deae was full of hair. We left a list at the reception.

Our house was super, on the lake and playground. Ideal for children who could not be skipped from the nice playground. The park is very quiet in a beautiful green environment.

Great help, cottage is okay and environment good

The holiday home is certainly good in terms of price quality ratio. It is a lovely park where you stay, in the middle of the woods. It is a pity that the showers, for example, are not clean or broken. With these things a house can be made perfect. All in all had a wonderful time and it was a nice, spacious home.

Nice welcome. Completed i.v.m. Earlier departure of 8 people for refunded tourist tax was promised. Failure to comply. Accommodation good and clean. Fridge too small for 10 people. Beautiful surroundings.

It was a very nice holiday

With children and grandchildren, we had a weekend in a 10persoonshuis. We had all the space inside and outside we could linger. Fished, played, mountain biking,, hiking and climbing. Our dog had fun.

Every year we rent a house with old and new. So we have quite a bit of comparison. The house is made of wood, as if you are in Austria. Very cozy, homely. A spacious kitchen, large round dining table and comfortable sofas. Very different than the standard cabins Roompot or Landall. We enjoyed this house! Only drawback is that creaking wood and therefore noisy. The floor was slippery now, but will be wonderful in the summer!

We were there for a long weekend with 6 adults including grandparents, four young children and two dogs for the children was enough to play. The dogs out in the woods outside the premises was also good.

We have a very nice and cozy weekend polite with our children and grandchildren
