Super nice house, neat and clean. Only missing an air conditioner in hot weather 😆

Nice park for the kids, lots of activities. The house is spacious and the wellness is nice, but not perfectly cleaned but ok (oven with small leftovers, plates and mugs with something stuck in them). Overall we thought it was definitely worth it.

Fantastic spacious villa with private pool and wellness, really enjoyed all the luxury! The only thing missing is air conditioning, which would be very nice during hot summer days! Everything else perfect!

Nice private, cozy swimming pool and finally a great sauna. Kitchen didn't have all cutlery bowls and colanders. I'd bring some if you want to cook. Plates are sufficient.

Super stay, very nice the pool in the basement. Also the environment. Delicious. Consider outdated furniture, and poor mattresses and pillows. BV also 1 demolition with mold. :-( If you want to call it a luxury house, that should change. Some items also broken / broken, eg hook here and there. Fridge for 8 people also on the small side.

on the last visit, arrival at home was not good. because final cleaning of the previous tenant was not done. Everything was good.

Enjoyed this villa! Enough space and generally clean, good pool and a lovely jacuzzi with nice warm water. Within walking distance you have a terrace with playground equipment and a petting zoo, super fun and child-friendly! 2 minuses, the oven / microwave was not cleaned on the inside and the pillows on which we slept were too weak / empty.

Super nice villa! The only thing that was a shame was the refrigerator that was too small for 8 people. What was also remarkable was the deposit for the house. Booked 3 months in advance and it was stated everywhere that the deposit would be 300 euros. On arrival it turned out that the deposit was 500 euros. Maybe adjust on the site and all web forms. Furthermore, really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi! Top!!

It is a beautiful large authentic house. Large rooms, spacious corridors and a large staircase, the whole was very neatly designed and very clean. Almost every room has its own toilet and shower, which makes it very pleasant with more people. Also, they were all almost recently renewed. The kitchen is designed as a catering facility and is therefore very practical. Access to the jacuzzi is closed at 23:00 by means of a roller shutter to prevent noise nuisance to the neighbourhood. This in itself was not a big deal, we just would have liked to have known in advance. The area is very quiet, so you can completely relax here. Partly because the internet (Wi-Fi and wired) is very bad and it is remote, so you have almost no range with your phone. All in all, we really enjoyed this beautiful clean house.

The park and house were great. The disadvantage was that you have a small fridge and freezer for 8 people and the pans were not very big and we had cutlery too short. But everything else was very nice, all had their own bathroom and the swimming pool and jacuzzi were also perfect.

I think the arrival at the park is gloomy.

It was great. Beautiful environment, fun activities. Mind mystery definitely recommended. The accommodation also top only very warm. Windows cannot open due to vermin so mosquito nets or air conditioning would make the stay even more enjoyable. Also some pillows on the lounge set would be nice.

Nice arrival, we were fairly early and have a delicious lunch in the restaurant used.Also the other days of our weekend stay we have eaten in the Restaurant at park Arcen, really top, and only 100 meters walk, so no need Bob.

On arrival neatly received by the reception. The cottage was beautiful and fully equipped! You do not have to get bored, you have a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sunshower sauna. Also, each bedroom has a bathroom with shower, this is very convenient. There are also a few minor points for improvement. The cleaning could be done a bit better. There was only for the sight cleaned, if you looked for example above the fridge or hood it was very dusty and dirty. The cleaning can be carried out more thoroughly. - The beds and pillows were bad. The pillows were much too soft and the beds were too cheap. You can expect a better price-quality ratio for the money you score here. We had a very successful holiday in Arcen. We recommend everyone to this accommodation!

Now for the seventh time there in the 8-person spa villa. Especially as regular guests, we expect some confidence. Then Villa No. 224 was given to us and that was under all sow! A lot of broken or really moldy.Tip absolutely pictures of everything, otherwise you will never see the deposit again! On the departure day we had to wait until the house is checked. We had a full pack of dish soap and hand soap left. Since this was not allowed to stand there, we had to drive back to the house, get them and then it was again wait until a staff drives to the house and checked again! Meanwhile, our neighbors are just checked out, deposit back and abgefahren.Da there are never problems with us we found the whole damn rude and felt really bad treated! After 1 hour wait (!!!) we got the bail again. But all this around, was just too much. Tip Take kitchen utensils! There were for 8 people 7 knives, forks, spoons, only a sharp knife, no spatula and no peeler!

For that price the accommodation could have been a lot cleaner and the beds could have been much better. A long time ago that I had a mattress, but the pool and jacuzzi made up for a lot.

Come for rest and enjoyment with your family. Top location! Take your bike along because beautiful bike routes. All you need is a bright sun! Villa is a 10!

it's always nice that the beds are made up. The first impression indicates that it is clean. The cottage has a practical layout.

We have been renting accommodation for a long time, from 2013 onwards, every year. Is highly recommended, resort Arcen has a lot of opportunities to spend a short break great.

Our house had a great equipment and had a very private location. The park was very well maintained. Upon arrival everything was great and friendly. Only a bit inflexible when we ask the 6th day after 1 rinsing and a further garbage bag, we were referred to the supermarket , which had already closed. I know that from other holiday parks differently.

Ales in all the reception was very good. The environment is wonderfully quiet. The accommodation could have a bit more facilities such as sharp knife toaster and something.

Upon arrival, I was not able to find my reservation at first ... causing the fright after a car ride of over 2 hours. Accommodation is great, especially for families with children. There are plenty of places and things to visit in the area.

Accommodation was great, as presented, bright, large, plenty of room. Not so noisy, as in some other park. Cleanliness was ok on arrival, but would expect more for the fixed price of 180 € cleaning! The kitchen equipment is adequate. But who really wants to cook properly, should of to rise even cooking utensils (bring good knife e.g.). pool was unfortunately a bit too cool, the hot tub was great, but this might be a roof (standing outside in the courtyard of the house) is an advantage. Sauna was big enough for three people sitting.

Everything absolutely great, highly recommended a beautiful wooded area for families with young kinderen.in.

As for the 4th time rented a luxury spa villa with friends. Again delicious enjoyed all the luxuries of the cottage! On the 5th time!

We have 10 days had beautiful weather and most of the wonderful pool used. It was our second consecutive year we spent our vacation in a pool house. That says a lot to me.

Very nice villa with a lot of luxury, delicious jacuzzi, sauna and indoor pool. Only the park itself was not very exciting and the dining facilities at the park were very poor. The gourmet package is not recommended too little food for that price. The pizza 's from the pizzeria of the park were really bland. The cottage was fantastic, only you have to expect anything from the park that surrounds it. The area is very beautiful. Well worth the effort to go hiking in the area . all in all we had a very nice weekend.

The pool villa Arcen is absolutely gorgeous! We had very bad weather but this type of home we have been bored for a second, on the contrary, we fully enjoyed the pool, sauna and jacuzzi! The rooms were very spacious and each had its own bathroom which is very clean and modern was.Ook the children's entertainment and the service in the shop and restaurant were super good! We will be back!

Perfect choice for a family with small children. There is much to their amusement. Our granddaughter wanted to participate in everything but the pool at the house, she found yet the very finest of the long weekend. It remains a shame that you must be at 10:00 am from the house again on Monday morning.

We went to relax for a week. And we did! The house is beautiful, with every comfort and wellness .... simply fantastic!

This was the third time we hired this luxury villa. Again delicious enjoyed the facilities of the park and in the villa itself.

For the second year in a row had a great weekend with 15 poker friends. Next year again! Truly a lovely villa with all the comforts at hand.

We spent a week with 2 families with children between 3 to 6 years in the Wellness-Villa. All were excited and have come at their expense. Enough space indoors and outdoors, pool and spa were great and the service was great. We felt all around well and will definitely coming back)

Super luxury holiday! Weather was great, but many remained in our pool villa with our 4 kids. Large private pool and jacuzzi are well used every day by the whole family. Really recommend this villa. For us, a holiday that really was a success !!!

What a joy this house. Looks neat. Modern furnishings and the basement with wellness is really fantastic! The last evening unfortunately the jacuzzi did not remember, that was a pity. But we enjoyed delicious with z 'n all in the wellness area.

The wonderful "wellness basement" this house offers many extra "s that the rather spicy rent worth is.Onze, adult, children have wonderful splashing in the pool and sat up late on the bubbles with a glass of bubbly.

We were with a group of friends and enjoyed ourselves just fine. Neat clean and friendly people. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely relaxing holiday. Whole weekend playing poker with friends and in between relaxing in the jacuzzi or swimming pool. Really recommended. This year we go again.

We had a wonderful holiday in the Wellnes villa with private swimming pool, sauna, sun shower and Jacuzzi .. What a luxury and something for everyone. Food in the restaurant was tasty and with affordable prices. We will definitely come back again.

What a great week we had a beautiful and spacious villa, everything was top notch, all private room with bathroom / WC and a TV .. The decor very cozy you're right at home with banks that were delicious .. The sauna, swimming pool and especially the jacuzzi what bliss. This is hard to surpass, but that is not necessary. We enjoyed all the luxuries. (Next time a masseur?) Joke though! We were lucky with beautiful summer weather week we have the surrounding views Arcen itself is very nice tasty food and drink we have a day. 2 electric scooters rented awesome. Outlet Roermond been nice shopping. Mark visited Venlo, anywhere fun .. This may be glad the owners wanted to rent. Their villa us not deprive I still go but it seems clear to me this is a fat location, which I recommend to everyone Sincerely, Wendy Jane Robbert and Babette.

It was a lovely break, we would be very happy until the next opportunity comes to spend it in Wellnesvilla again. For us and for our kids, it was wonderful, because it gabT a heated pool in the basement, and outside beside also heated hot tub we could spend the time just fine with us. All equipment to our expectations.

We enjoyed a week LUXURY! It is a fantastic spacious house with a super layout inside and lots of room for a detached house. And then the great pool in the basement with sauna, sun-shower and the lovely outdoor jacuzzi. We have used a lot.
