Comfortable chalet with combi-microwave, in a green area

Lovely chalet located in Resort Arcen.
The chalet is well-kept and completely furnished. There is an open kitchen with dishwasher and combi microwave. There are three bedrooms, two with two single beds. boxspring beds (possibly in a 2-person set-up) and one bedroom with a 1-pers. high sleeper. There's a separate toilet.
You have access to a terrace with garden furniture. A pleasant air conditioning makes it complete. You can park your car near the chalet, on one of the central parking lots.

Accommodation was very badly cleaned. Space is ok, but it needs very necessary maintenance. Everywhere slats loose, floor is loose in various places, sheets broken ... Surroundings are beautiful!
Accommodation was otherwise good, we were 2 people and a dog. The chalet was intended for 4 people but then it is really too small. Accommodation was clean at first glance, but if you looked a little further it was still dirty, dirty edges along the shower cabin, sticky edges along the doors, around the door handle of toilet it was just black, toilet smelled of urine etc. Environment very nice for walking and cycling.
