Comfortable holiday home in Hoge Hexel with Sauna

The Tolplas recreation park has a large choice of accommodations. There are comfortable chalets for 4 and 6 person in a standard and a wellness version (with sauna and steam cabin). There are bungalows for 2 and 4 persons and a luxury 6 person variation. The latter has a sauna and steam cabin. There is also a butterfly type bungalow (with or without conservatory) in a 4, 6 and 8 person size. A detached 4 person luxury chalet with sauna, steam cabin and air conditioning completes the collection of the smaller types. Then there are the cheery group accommodations for 12, 14 and 18 persons, varying in living area from 220 to 310 m2. All group houses have a sauna and a bubble bath. The lower level of the 14 person type is also accessible for disabled persons. All houses have a garden with terrace and garden furniture.

The house was big, but unfortunately quite cold. Unfortunately it wasn't very clean. But we still had a great time and went for a walk on the beautiful grounds and to the playground:)

A lovely house in a beautiful park with many different types of houses. Electric bicycles can be rented through the reception. Beautiful environment
There is little space for a 6 person house. The steam shower is wonderful but the space is therefore small. Furthermore, the house is outdated with some new furniture. A 2 seater bench and 2 chairs. The sauna is nice. For the money it cost, it's a disappointment for us

The house is well kept, clean and the staff is very friendly. Diverse cups and glasses were not clean in the cupboards, so it could be checked a little more closely.
Well-equipped modern kitchen; inventory is slightly different from the list; something had gone wrong at the reception: the extras had not yet been processed, but this has reasonably been compensated. Interior doors are difficult to close. Terrace with good chairs. The door of the steam shower cabin opens and closes with disturbing noise.

The arrival was fine, soon to turn, house certainly looks very nice from the outside. In the bedroom there was a flannel on the bed that appeared to have just had the sheets taken off. That didn't really look corona proof. Lots of stains on the wall downstairs in the bedroom from bugs beating to death. There were also no screens.
A great holiday bungalow in a quiet park. Many cycling and walking opportunities in the area. Nice for a week out.
Found a dated house that was more than insufficiently cleaned and where the sun has no chance to shine through the trees. So not at all in accordance with the accommodation as suggested on the internet. Of course I have made something of it, hence my assessment good when it comes to my vacation
Nice park, friendly people, great house with a pleasant location. Downside: Small bathroom / shower room with some flaws. Sauna not used, so no opinion.
The arrival was messy. We were not registered. It was not a warm welcome after we had also told that we were married for 25 years. The accommodation was beautiful. Unfortunately small for 6 people and the Sauna did not work properly and we did not start the solarium that was probably never used before. Compliments for restaurant Tolpla. Delicious food.
The arrival and reception at the front desk was great. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

A nice environment, but the cottage was poorly maintained. Sleeping mattresses, flies and dead mosquitoes everywhere on the wall. Cracks, cracks and holes in the walls, wallpaper that lets go everywhere. Pity..
Arriving was fine. We were kindly received at the reception. Accommodation was good and the area excellent for walking.
As far as the accommodation was concerned was fine but if we wanted to sit in the shade, it was only possible on a sloping taluut and that is not for a meter.

We were there from 23-5 to 30-5-2016 and have enjoyed it. Good accommodation oprustig park on the outskirts of Twente, with a great lake to fish or enjoy other water fun? Nearby are nice places to visit by bike or car.

Beautifully situated park, quiet. Suitable for small children especially when they already can swim. Boating in the pond. Not much to do on t park, too bad there is no pool at the park. There is one good pool in Wierden, 6 km away. Hellendoorn amusement park is a fifteen minute drive.

Pentecost was a long weekend in Hoge Hexel. The weather was happy with it, especially the first Pinksterdag.Het home is what the equipment concerns basic. The inventory and the furniture here and there definitely dated and used. Quite what slijtage.Veel cycled gewandeld.Toch had a nice weekend in a beautiful natural setting.
