The house was equipped as described, everything was in perfect order and clean. Well suited for dog owners and easy to clean. Only points that could be wished for, but which are not deficiencies: - Hooks in the “boiler room / side entrance” would be useful - The property should be fenced

Strand' kites fly, and also our trips to the surrounding area, e.g. to Oostburg, met great people at the market

On arrival there was 1 coffee cup dirty in the cupboard. We were missing some knives and scissors. We could pick this up at the reception. The lamps above the table gave very little light. Everything else was fine.

The house was well and attractively furnished (except for towels) and completely fenced in, which was great for our dog. The park is very well kept and clean and the nearby beach is beautiful.

I liked the park, but it is not bad that you have to deal with 2 organizations.

Location: fantastic Cleaning house leaves a lot to be desired such as layers of dust on everything, dirty curtains, dirty trash can, dead cranes everywhere in every room and lots of cutlery with leftovers, Park itself is very beautiful and has excellent facilities

A very nice fairly new house in a beautiful (new) park. The location is also really great, you can walk straight from the park onto the dike to go to the sea!

It is a very nice house! Spacious and fully equipped. However, there are many spiders and the house was not very well dusted.

We had a wonderful long weekend at beach resort Nieuwvliet-Bad. Beautiful park and a spacious house with everything, clean house and beds neatly made .. Nice pool with many slides. Mini golf is also very nice to do. Beautiful area where you can enjoy a walk. All in all we had a great weekend. Definitely recommended to go to this beautiful park, also plenty to do for children.

A great spot in the park, quiet and a view over the meadows. It is a 10-minute walk to the park center, glad we had taken the bikes with us. Prima house, everything has been thought of.

Great house for the whole family; ideal to bring your dogs, but certainly also for small children 1 major criticism: The previous residents had made a mess of it and it had not been cleaned when we were allowed in at 3 pm. After calling 3 times, cleaning was finally done at 7.45 p.m. Fortunately, this was compensated with a drink on the terrace and we did not have to pay the final cleaning

Cottage is nothing to criticize, spacious and clean. It is a pity that all houses had a lounge set / lounger or something else outside (trampoline / table tennis) and we did not. Park is beautiful and clean. Would love to come back and hope to be able to use the pool, because that looked good. Had a very nice holiday! One point of criticism: on arrival the cleaning ladies were still busy in "our" house, but they were not having fun with each other, to say the least. There were frenzied verbal abuse back and forth with the most horrible illnesses. Even when she moved to the next house, the "moaning" literally continued and I could hear everything because the front door was open. A really bizarre event. Perhaps it would be good to address the ladies who were scheduled for cleaning on April 26 in house 461 about this. Nothing more than praise! We enjoyed it and would love to come back.

Beautiful villa, plenty of space. Too bad that superficial cleaning is done. At first glance it seems clean, but if you look really closely, you can see that cleaning is not done under a bed. There is still stuff from the previous occupant on the shower. The toilet has a brown rim. Not visible at first because of the freshener that hangs in it. In the kitchen above the microwave there is a layer of dust, really not from 1 week. It is a pity that the beautiful new houses do not last long. It is also a pity that the shop in the park closes on Friday at 6 pm on the day of arrival. There were 3 things not arranged on arrival, for example, a cot. After 1 phone call, this was immediately delivered, service was good and friendly.

The park is very nice and close to the beach. Much is still under construction and therefore cannot be used.

Nice house, modern and neatly finished. For an 8-person house, an extra hob was allowed in a four-burner was very small. No closets in the bedrooms, so you could not store clothes. Lovely beds slept well!

Pleasant stay for a family

The house is large but noisy, there are no closets in the bedrooms, but two bedrooms had a shower. The inventory in the kitchen could have been a little more generous. The drains were all exposed, the water in the shower did not drain on the upper floor, was reported directly, but the damage was not repaired as promised. The house was also very dirty, with sand still in the showers and stained curtains. The front desk staff was very friendly. The complex is very large and clean and it wasn't too far to walk to the beach.

House was new and lived up to description. Only comment is the quality of the cleaning service (for which you also pay). Bathrooms in particular were cleaned quickly. Despite reporting to reception, nothing was done about this. Regrettable! For towel packages it also took a day before we received everything. For a weekend that is a long time ... If this is still under control, there is everything for a carefree stay.

Very pleasant park with spacious and well-equipped houses. Beds are attractive and the night's sleep is guaranteed even in the high season. The construction work in the park is not a problem. Arrival and departure are no problem thanks to pre-booking and a PIN. There is no need to register at reception. The way to the sea is very short, as described, and the beach is not overcrowded, even in high season.

The arrival went smoothly because we had the code of the house and could therefore drive straight through. Accommodation was good and cared for. The area is still a bit messy because of the construction of the park, but we knew that in advance.

arrival was fine also with door lock was fine. the accommodation was perfect, everything was there what you needed. a nice outcome was the washing machine and dryer, all lacked the manual of the dryer. did not know which positions were best to dry. if you like bicycles, you are in the right place here, the shops are also easily accessible by bicycle and car. lock is a large place where many shops are located and also to the inner person. you are also a beautiful bathing place in Belgium in Knokke. I am sure we will come back here again.
