After 2 years we could finally get away for a weekend. Thanks to Roompot it was a super weekend. But we will NEVER book through Belvilla AGAIN. They are totally unreachable and promises to call back are not kept. You can only get in touch when it comes to money. Otherwise you have to make do with voicemail, emails that don't arrive and promises to be called back. Out of necessity, I eventually contacted Roompot, and thanks to them we were able to move the holiday, of course because of Corona, to the time and place where we wanted. Roompot will be on our list again next time, but no longer via Belvilla.

Everything went difficult via Belvilla (contact in advance, several emails, etc... about bed linen, double charges and contact with people from India? Contact went better via Roompot.+ house was clean+ staff was nice+ enough playground for kids+ beds good + house nice and spacious swimming pool very small and overdue maintained opening hours bar closed 21:00 was disappointing - chose rabbit far too short 5 to 10 minutes - both pool tables defective during a large part of the stay dinner had to make some concessionsUnderstand that staff is difficult ... but they do pay the full price.

The stay there was fantastic, close to the sea, beautiful house and good service, it was annoying that we had booked through belvilla, because of this we could not approach Roompot directly, but had to do it via belvilla, quite cumbersome all,

A wonderfully spacious holiday home for our family of five. For the official 10 people, the kitchen is especially on the tight side (normal 4-burner gas stove). Advantages: the sauna, the two bathrooms (one with a bath), good ventilation, large garden around, wonderful beds. Small downside: checking out before 10:00 in the morning is a bit early.

Fine! Check-in was well arranged. Accommodation was very good. We lacked nothing. Plenty of space, we were 8. Accommodation was against the dune, so really against the beach. This was beyond our expectations. In short: fantastic

Everything was as desired, only a toaster would have been handy

The day before arrival it was mentioned by telephone that we would get another house. From a 10 person to an 8 person house. I did not agree. I do not know the reason yet. There we had to wait because the house had not been cleaned yet. We received a voucher for the catering there on the spot. When we wanted to pay in the snack bar with that voucher it turned out not to be activated. So just pay. The next day back to the reception ... there was little to do .. had to wait for a manager who would only be Monday.Cond eventually to many phone calls still get the money terug.Veel hassle so for a weekend.

A nice spacious house and close to the beach and sea!

KLACHTGelee reader, From December 22 until December 27 we have rented a holiday home through Belvilla on the North Sea Residence De Banjaard. It is about a 10 person house at the Watergang 23. The first relative got 2 keys on arrival, they also appeared to give access to a house at Strandlaan 23! (Family had entered the wrong house). There was confusion about the number of beds and the heating could not go on, shortly after we understood that the family members were in the wrong house! Very special. Then we went to the right house. The sidewalk in front of the house was a big mess! In the house the spider dragons hung along almost all walls, in one bedroom hung a web including spider and cocoon. We reported this to the reception and there was a lady from the cleaning. At that time there were 2 teenagers in the house who probably could not indicate what it was about. However, if Mrs. had looked up she would certainly have seen spider behavior throughout the house. We then came into the house and saw that the situation was unchanged. The next day our complaint was done at the reception, the lady of the cleaning was there by chance and would go back to our house ... Meanwhile, we had made pictures of the (spiders) ragging ... She then removed the spider but left the dust nest ... also the ragged walls still hung smoothly ... really bad! Also the hood (did she have a cloth over it) was very dirty Extraction in the shower was dirty, as was the open area under the microwave. The inventory is also lacking the e.e.a. No large scale for lettuce, too few teaspoons (lettuce we have made in a pan, this is really not bad, but in combination with a dirty house we found it bad). Also the door from the living room to the hall could not be closed (lock / rivet broken), also no stop in the sink of the kitchen.

Beautiful big park. Reception sober but good. Nice house only bad cleaning. Previously everything close by

Arrival good, but it should be noted that check-in is very punctual to check in at reception 1450 but key only until 1500 issued.

Except for the weather everything was great.
