Clean and pleasant house in a beautiful park in a beautiful setting!

Beautiful detached house, beautiful environment. Very neat park, with a friendly man at the reception.

The house and the entire park are very well maintained. A great place to enjoy the peace and quiet. We like the direct location in nature. Excursion destinations are easy to reach from here. We can only recommend the park. Fam. Böhmer from Weilerswist with 2 adults and a child 10 years old.

Quiet car-free park in beautiful surroundings. The park itself does not have many facilities, but we were not looking for that. The WiFi was very weak and unfortunately cannot be used outside on the terrace. The cottage is fine otherwise, but could still be a little schooner.Wij, despite the above comments, had a wonderful stay. Worth repeating!

The cottage is described as a 6 person cottage. There are indeed 6 beds. However, the living space downstairs is tight. The garden is also not large and is located right on the terrace of the neighbors. The conversations can be followed verbatim. The house did not smell fresh upon entering. Luckily this is only for 1 week.

The Drentse Wold is a compact, quiet park with lots of greenery and many birds. There are various play areas for smaller children. The bungalows are comfortable, fairly spacious and equipped with many amenities. The immediate vicinity of the park offers ample opportunities for cycling and walking. There are a few basic shops in Hoogersmilde. More shops and restaurants can be found in neighboring towns, eg in Diever or Appelscha.

For a short holiday in the autumn period, the choice fell on holiday accommodation Het Drentse Wold. (Hoogersmilde) An unknown area for us. The nature in the vicinity of this holiday park surprised us very much. Recommended. Hiking directly from the property is possible. Bicycle rental on the Drentse Wold. The holiday park is car-free. On arrival and departure, the car may be driven to the house for loading and unloading. After that, the car can be parked under cover. The houses have sufficient privacy. The entrance is covered with an "Open barn". Ideal for dirty shoes, etc. The upstairs bedrooms are spacious. One bedroom has a sink. The kitchen is equipped with all necessities. (also has a quick filter coffee maker!) Everything looks neat and clean. A calm and nice helpful manager completes our stay.

Clean and tidy house, not spacious but big enough (5 people in a 6 person house) very friendly man at the reception and a great area for walking.

The house is too small for 6 people. With 4 people you can hardly watch TV. The beds upstairs are also very short. Our teenagers lay with their feet outside the bed. In the bathroom there is mold on the wall. The kitchen and kitchen inventory was good and clean. The surroundings are beautiful. Despite the beautiful surroundings, we will not book this accommodation again.

The park looked neat. The cottage was fine, neat and clean. Wooded area was beautiful and with the dogs wonderfully from the house into the woods. It is a pity that you are obliged to purchase bedding. I think a holiday is expensive enough and you can save on that.

Accommodation is neat and clean. Park looks well cared for. You will really relax here.

The accommodation is quite well equipped. We were very satisfied with the furniture. Unfortunately, the toilet is a bit small, but we found everything clean. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. Glasses, cups and cutlery could be something more. For 6 people a bit too little. In conclusion, the house and surroundings are very nice.

Arrival well arranged, accommodation excellent but sober, more suitable for the older couples or people who love a lot of rest, the area is beautiful with lots of opportunity for walking, (off the road) cycling and horse riding but there is less to do for young people.

On arrival were kindly received and could immediately enter the holiday home. Beautiful home in a quietly situated small-scale park. The area is beautifully diverse natural areas in all directions. Perfect for cycling and / or walking.

Beautiful property highly recommended, in a beautifully kept park, close to Smilde for shopping etc. Hoogsmilde is a great base for cyclists and walkers, so highly recommended.

The adjacent release area is really ideal. You can easily walk through this area for an hour. Ideal for us with the two dogs.

The welcome was warm. We received brief information about the possibilities for cycling in the area. The cottage was very nice and quiet location. There were not many guests at this time of year, so it was quiet all around. Delicious.

Friendly welcome and explanation about the park, a very clean park and ditto house, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the dishwasher broke in the house, this was the same day still replaced, park is not that big and we find that personally very nice. You can rent bikes and there are routes ready at the reception that you can cycle. you are so in Natuurpark Drents Fries Wold. House is also fully equipped and the chairs and sofa are comfortable, all the bathroom is somewhat dated, but otherwise top.

Nice little holiday park. Quiet and cozy. Unfortunately a bit far away, you always need a car or bike. For cycling and hiking just right. Free entrance to the small swimming pool opposite. For people who like it quiet or families with children just right there is still space between the houses and playgrounds are available. All in all a nice holiday. Staff very friendly.

The welcome at the reception of the park was fine geregeld.Ons house was neat clean and lacked nothing, in short, a fine stay had.We walked delicious with our dog in the nearby countryside.

Week house hunting in Drenthe. Here you can have lots of walking in lovely woods with the dogs that freely allowed to run and run, play and romp. After all, if they are under appeal. We have seen a lot of deer. Good food and friendly people meet.

Welcoming reception Drenthe. No problem we had with two dogs.

Nice house, but not clean on arrival. Even after cleaning lady was once come yet ... There is a connection, but in practice, no more of this time. Standard Websites like rain radar inaccessible. In our house we have a better connection than there is here for the entire (!) Park. There is even a ZIGGO technician stopped by. He acknowledged the bad connection but gave not much to do for us. However, we had cabin include selected for the presence of the Internet (children in the adolescent age and because of the bad weather we wanted also likes to have access to sites like rain radar, etc.) you should be able to rely on a normally functioning internet.

We are on 14 July / July 28 m on a holiday park high smilde.Wat concerns rest is the right and natural too. However, I found the interior of the house rather bare and sober, I understand that it is a special house where dogs allowed, but this is really quite a lot of money.
