Beautiful large house fully equipped in a beautiful park. You can also take a nice walk in the woods in the vicinity of Lochem. There is also plenty to do for children.

Dear Belvilla employees, From 19-25 October we stayed in a Belvilla holiday home in Lochem: booking number: 1 NDCT5NSPositive points here, because we have relatively many and nevertheless serious complaints about the cleaning and maintenance of this house in particular. Most complaints I have already reported on 21 and on departure on October 25 at the reception. The reception staff have asked me to send an email with these complaints. Hereby. The Kitchen: The cupboards were downright dirty on arrival and some of the dishes felt sticky and hadn't been washed properly. At first we didn't make an issue of this and turned on the dishwasher again. After 1.5 days it turned out that the dishwasher was not washing properly. I already reported this on the 21st. We always had to remove rubbish from the dishes when it came out of the machine (eco program). The bread storage box was moldy. When using the oven in the evening of the second day, big smoke came into the room. We were in this house with a baby of 4 months and a child of 4 years. We had already done groceries for casseroles for the last days and could only use the oven with doors open. In the kitchen sink is a broken grid / filter that cannot be removed. Here and there were small bugs / insects ; in 2 sinks and on kitchen tiles; this is a sign of improper cleaning. And what we found serious too: The sewer apparently comes out just below the bedroom window on the ground floor. My daughter, son-in-law and baby slept here. After 3 days, a huge stench came in at night from the sewer and through the window. Furthermore, a few more awkwardnesses (more as feedback): There were 19 extra bed sheets in the house. We only needed 5. toilet is not a hook for a towel and a shelf would be handy, given the seriousness and the amount of the complaints I want to send you

Reception was minimalist, you were given the key and a map and so you figure it out. In the info folder we were offered a drink and a snack (with a discount) in the restaurant at the entrance .... only valid on the day of arrival: nice if that is mentioned here. Furthermore, the house looked great and could we quickly redistribute our rooms.

On arrival quickly helped, however, only one key for the cottage, two is always more convenient with a large composition. Upon arrival, they were still busy with the final cleaning.

Accommodation was not that clean. Too bad you have to pay € 100 cleaning costs for a house that is clean on the eye, if you look better it is very dirty

The type of accommodation did not match the photos on the site. That the interior may differ is reported in booking, but not the type of cottage. For 10 people it was also very small and low ceiling on the upper floor. upstairs there was no possibility to hang clothes, there was no hook on the wall, you have to leave everything in the suitcases or put it on the floor.

Accommodation did not look like the internet, old and bad condition. Upstairs rooms are small, no closet. Washbasins stay full, do not drain, sewage stinks. There was poison behind the shelf that 1 child accidentally pulled away. Dangerous.Living room is space good, downstairs bedroom and bathroom were also spacious and good.Op park still full in renovation and construction. Swimming pool small, unmanned but sufficient for small kids.2 and 5 years old. Playgrounds sufficient. Also now out of season, so little life in the park, but plenty of things to do. and afterwards to the pancake house.

The arrival was fine. Just like the environment. We had 1 house with 5 couples and a child not yet 1 and a dog. Key (1 key for 10 adults ...) was easy to pick up. The house (yourself) was absolutely not suitable for our party, although it was brought to the site. The rooms are too small, there were even rooms where there was not even a closet, others only had a small chest of drawers. In most rooms you could not even stand upright because of the sloping roof. Furthermore, the house has two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite by the bedroom of one of our "fellow residents". To put it mildly, not convenient. The bathroom itself was dirty, with joints that were black from the mold and mold on the tiles. The extraction of the ensuite bathroom was not about one because of that it was constantly damp and stale in that room, with the window open. The kitchen is far too small and not calculated for a large party, there are 10 chairs at the table, but that is what has been said, you can not eat with 10 people with good decency. The living room is too small for a large group, there are not even 10 seats! On arrival it smelled of detergent, but of a real cleaning we have seen little. The dust flakes were still under the stairs.

Beautiful house, nice and spacious. Fairly clean. With small children a great pool and beautiful environment for walking or cycling

Accommodation was clean and tidy. Plenty of room only awkward that the bathroom downstairs can only be reached through the bedroom.

Arrival well cared for. Excellent accommodation. Just a pity that in most bedrooms no closet, chair or hooks were present on the wall. So one had to put the clothes on the floor or leave them in the suitcase. Furthermore, everything was fine. Deposit back to the account within 3 days. Environment little seen because of the bad weather.

Very quickly helped at a quarter to 3 we could already arrive at the cottage at the house looked very neat

On arrival we had to wait until 3.45 pm and we could not let the people who were with us go in because the floors were still wet. Upon entering we saw that the door trade to close the door was hanging loose against the door. The accommodation big enough but poorly cleaned. Lint under the beds and the edges of the shower very dirty. We found items from the previous tenants and we issued them at the reception. Swimming pool much too klein.Mooie environment, the bungalow was just like that.

Friendly reception park is nicely laid out, different types of houses environment offers enough variety. Holiday living room cozy furnished bedrooms sober sufficient plumbing spacious seating possibility buiten.Maar on arrival had to pay € 14 service charge (was not in Belvilla papers) and a deposit of € 115 (I have not yet returned in Belvilla papers was no deposit)

The reception at the reception was fine. Beautiful house, only the hygiene left much to be desired.

This cottage looked good, with a lovely bathroom.

Good and beautiful environment

Accommodation did not meet expectations. It is not possible to have a single cabinet on top of all the bedrooms. People have to put the clothes on the floor. Also no hook in toilet and shower to hang up towel or clothes. There was no even bin in the shower.

Nice practical house with plenty of space.

A beautiful house, initially looked nice. During the bed making we discovered a lot of dust everywhere. The sink was also not clean and the bath was a hard soap layer. We were strongly impressed that the cottage was not used. Lots of mess around the house. Because we stayed with the children we had to make sure we had enough taps. Not nice if you have to be afraid of health. Instruction for the t.v. Was missing.

Unfriendly park, it seems like the reception staff did not really trust. Compulsory bed linen and cleaning feels like an easy way to earn. The cottage was freezing cold when we arrived (11 °), which is fine with two baby 's. It took hours before it was warmer. The setting is gorgeous.

Nice house. Nice park. Small pool but for 3 t / m 7 year old it was fine.

Setting is beautiful. Accommodation reasonable, no WiFi! Good base for cycling.

We had a delicious. Fine house, beautiful park, great for small children, which wandelomgeving.Jammer beautiful thing and another as the restaurant was not open / done that gives more atmosphere on entry. That will be very nice in the season.

It is a cozy park and the accommodation was super spacious and especially good schoon.beetje pity that we still had to walk quite a long distance to the pool outside the park.

The reception is nice, friendly. The setting is very nice, you can look good cycling nearby and enjoyable. Annoying was that the bedrooms are upstairs NO closet space, except for one room 2 wicker baskets. Reading in bed is only possible for one person with the power of the bulb into the socket next door on the other side of the kamer.Verder there is a shed, but the park has leased it to someone else, who uses as storage space in and around the building. A pity, given the lovely house and the price of rent.

The property was beautiful, small minus point hot water supply is inadequate, there are two bathrooms was equal showering too little hot water.De area was super nice and quiet!

Comfortable tastefully decorated home

Not got the right house, however, one with a pond while we had booked with small children. Technical department has solved this fence neatly spot .... cottage was very dirty ... leftovers were still on sink and the bathroom I fa but not get into. Housekeeping called in, declared heaviest items. Admitted that this really could not and it was solving. Unfortunately, she was ready after half an hour and we were still in the gang. Himself but to Shine went on our vacation! !! We had some little hygienic cottage .... Glass wall outside terrace can lay shattered into shards ... flowerpot on patio ... where we have arrived !!! To make matters worse across a bunch of very noisy Poland. The night of Saturday to Sunday ran them out of hand themselves considerably. Indeed, violent, very noisy and frightened us quarrel. Emergency can not get hold of due to poor accessibility. Next morning but equal to reception. Poland were removed .... peace ..... Thankfully we then ff something to celebrate holidays but was fit 1st and last time at this park.

Prima come under a family plenty to do

We enjoyed what bowling mini golf and billiards in the grand cafe.Daarnaast present waszwem and roeivijvertennisbaanjeu park we explored the area by car and bikes fiets.Voor excellent lokatie.Prachtige nodes routes.Een part of the company also made use of the pool in Lochem (free for guests of the resort Achterhoek.Al hall with a great vacation worth repeating.

Excellent weekend in a beautiful and spacious bungalow.

Specially made park with indoor playground. This appears not to be open, while state in the description that it is open during holidays. It was still a real holiday in the south. Big disappointment! Pool is okay but do not expect too much. Cottage was great!

Lovely long weekend had children and grandchildren. The little ones can enjoy themselves in the indoor and outdoor playground. Parents and grandparents also. Meadow and we swam and played a lovely day in paradise. The house is spacious and immaculate and the park is child friendly and clean. worth a second time.

We had a couple of great days at the cottage. Only the cleaning may well work a little harder. Ridiculous that you have to pay € 89 compulsory cleaning and then subsequently finds himself in a very poorly cleaned house.

Had a nice family weekend. Shower and shower heads are in urgent need of replacement. If you're in the kitchen sink and dishwasher touched you got a shock hazard. We have reported it.

We had a beautiful house, beautiful park well maintained, highly recommended! We go there again once go!

Great weekend for our party of 9 people. Including 4 adults and 5 children (3 / m7 yrs.) The room is spacious and nicely decorated. The upstairs bedrooms are on the small side, but for a weekend to do fine. The house is situated in front of the park near the playground and petting zoo. For our children, and for us so ideal. The house has a fine garden. The park itself does us was a bit disappointing. Few events. But we have there can have fun.

The living room is large so you have enough space for 9 people. Pity that the cleaning was less, especially some mattresses are in poor condition.

Were 10 people, including two families, each with two school-aged children. The playground and pool in Lochem (free) they thoroughly enjoyed it and also a snow day, All in all a lovely family weekend.

I spent my 60th birthday with my children and grandchildren there gevierd.was very cozy.

We had an enjoyable weekend Sinterklaas in a not so crowded park. Excellent dinner in the restaurant on the estate.

Last year we had great satisfaction in Ruighenrode. Nice big house, with all the trimmings. This year booked again for the same house, to our surprise we got an almost new house that was even larger than last year. Again had a lovely family weekend.

Beautiful home on a beautiful park.Zwembad nearby and for the children speeltuintjes.Tennisbaan and mini golf was also very trek.Jammer that there was a pond at our cottage in the backyard. In itself naturally beautiful, but with small children not convenient and it was not listed on the site! Cottage 402 thus has a pond in the backyard

Superb weekend with 5 adults and 4 children.

Nice holiday and good weather, beautiful park, only deferred maintenance in the cottage, lot many things, but the service was good, everything was immediately repaired even other heater placed and as compensation for the inconvenience a free weekend

We have our parents booked a long weekend. In advance we found the? 85 mandatory cleaning already on the high side, but oh well ahead. Upon arriving soon found that the floor of the house and the windows were not clean. This we notified the front desk and soon there was someone from housekeeping to fix the problem. Fast service, but the execution left something to be desired, both the floor and the windows were just as streaky as before again. We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, so we wanted the sliding doors open up. One of three doors was missing a handle, a second sliding door did not close properly. The technical service was also very quickly on the sidewalk, but the problem was the next day the same again. The dishwasher shot in a constant error (E3), but we could not possibly figure out what the message meant. There was no manual in Dutch house first and have a six-month course followed. Had a wonderful week-end, too soon over, and the weather was pretty fantastic!!!

We have a long weekend in the house seated with 8 adults, 2 baby 's and 1 toddler. The park is beautiful, spacious with nice (play) services. The garden of the cottage was quite and fully shielded, so much privacy . r nThe cottage itself was sufficient in itself. But the park exudes more quality than the cottage provides. The cottage is simple material, therefore some site seeing and feeling a little fragile. The furnishings are good (though the table slightly bigger for 10 p.), banks are good, beds slept well. Downstairs is enough space. Upstairs is a bit tight and lacks storage space. r nThe cottage was not too expensive, the park is very nice, all in all sufficient value for money.
