Tiny houseboat Parel I - airco

Very clean and great view over the lake!

Very nice place. Perfect for a short weekend break. The houseboat is a blast. For me, someone who had no desire to go to sea because of my 12 years in the German Navy, the stay definitely made me want more ;-) The on-site catering is highly recommended and is not only a treat for the soul, but also an enrichment for the other senses (very tasty, visually appealing food). Not to be compared with what you usually get to eat in Dutch restaurants. Great creations of different dishes, very tasty and clearly presented on the plate. The ambience right on the harbour with a view of the Uitgeeste Meer is second to none! The staff are very polite and courteous.

The houseboat met our expectations. It was clean and modernly furnished. The kitchenette was small but everything was there. A larger bowl for salad would have been great. Shower cubicle was large and hot water was available. You could hear the aeroplanes and the motorway, but we didn't find them particularly disturbing. At night you could only hear the lapping of the water which was soothing. We had great weather and were able to spend a lot of time outside. It's a shame that the restaurants listed in the harbour are only open from Thursday to Sunday, so we didn't get to try them out. We would definitely book again for a short holiday. Beautiful, modernly furnished houseboat. Points deducted because of aircraft noise at night and unmade beds and lack of bed linen and towels. Unfortunately it was not possible to leave the patio door open for ventilation as the locking lever was defective. Unfortunately this was not rectified despite promises.

We had the Arosa No. 30, which meant no more neighbours on the right and a beautiful unobstructed view of the ships. The houseboat is very well maintained and comfortably furnished. Everything you need is there. Great shower with good water pressure. The only annoyance was that it was in the flight path of Schiphol. Nevertheless, we would gladly recommend it.

It was a very nice holiday with great accommodation. The only thing that disturbed us was the aircraft noise.

We liked it very much. Houseboat was very clean. Everything we needed was there. Everything tiny, but we knew that beforehand and it was absolutely OK. Great view of the lake as the houseboats are in the first row.

We felt like at home and didn't want to leave 🙃

A very nice harbour, a very nice boat, with a nice little terrace. We have never tried it before, but will recommend to all our friends …
