We love the House!! We came back :)

Beautiful park, beautiful houses and the beach nearby. The only thing I missed was a vacuum cleaner. If you got sand all around you, a broomstick isn't enough to clean the place 😅

Sat in cottage 34, I personally think that the underfloor heating is installed incorrectly. Part of the living room had no heating and the bedroom, on the other hand, did. On arrival 22o, thermostat tried to reset but does not go beyond 17o and has a life of its own. Jumps to 21o in the middle of the night, resulting in a warm bedroom. Apart from that, a nice place close to the beach, a nice walk and a breath of fresh air

Everything went smoothly. And our house was a dream. Clean, comfortable and on the edge. That was great with the dog. The supermarket covers the most basic needs and the food in the restaurant was delicious and the price was right. Gladly again!

This will certainly not be pleasant in midsummer as there are no air conditioning systems. Attention the fox is on the way there and anything but shy ...

Great, well equipped house in a fantastic location. Just over the road from the beach and a short walk/ride to the Kennemerland National Park. There is bike hire on site and a small shop selling fresh bread in the morning. Highly recommended!

Nice cottage, cozy. Cleanliness could be better ... sleeping comfort in the beds is average, beds slide apart with the slightest movement. Sufficiently equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, capsules directly available in the small shop. Nice location !! The bus leaves directly from the park, only to be paid with cards, no cash. Beach directly opposite and very wide ...

Reception was friendly, in general all the staff. Accommodation very modern facility but unfortunately not really clean ... cobwebs everywhere, stained couch on which you only dared to sit down with a bed. Likewise, the outside seating area .... everything was very stained. Unfortunately, the accommodation also has no air conditioning, which you need at 32 degrees in the morning in the living / dining room area .... Also because it is a converted shipping container, metal and heat do not get along. In all, the price-performance ratio is not right ... because it was really dirty. Another point that does not correspond to the truth in the description is the distance to the beach. It is less than 100 meters to the beach, the bus stop corresponds to 100 meters as in the description ... to get to the beach you have to cross a street that starts at the bus stop line. If the 100 meters to the bus stop line are correct, the 100 meters to the beach as in the description ... may not be correct.

Cottage was fine, clean and cozy !! A little more privacy would be desirable, but well, the woods just need to grow a bit. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Down with the beasts. Came from the north with dog and 10 week old baby. Turned out to be 36 degrees inside at 1800h. No air conditioning available because of the green label that they are striving for. No other cooling measures available, it must be much hotter there in the afternoon let alone later this week and in the middle of summer. We immediately left because we find it irresponsible to stay here with such a young baby. The problem would be known to management, according to the fortunately nice lady at the reception. So we paid 1400 eu for a week in a house with a corrugated iron roof located in a valley in the blazing sun without any cooling measures. We don't get any form of compensation because this is an unknown problem that is known at the reception?! Bizarre. We have lost our holiday and our money, unfortunately we are not compensated despite the many calls about this, but are above all a very bad first experience as a family holiday richer.

Beautiful cottage, nothing less than promised! Very smooth and simple way in and out, no unnecessary fuss, had a great stay, nothing to complain about!

In itself a great park and beautiful lodges. But are very close together. And upon entering rotten eggs smell. This turned out to be a blockage of the shower. This could not be fixed, and we had to take a shower in another house. In the end the stench was just not manageable and we could go to another house. Because of this 2 packing and unpacking, while the blockage was known from a week earlier ... it could have been prevented. Furthermore, had a good stay.

The holiday home was not very clean, but it was nice that the beds were made. The email clearly stated that lunch could also be picked up, which turned out not to be the case. Ordering a pizza at 4 pm to have it delivered after 6 pm is not ok. There is a possibility to go shopping, but not recommended because of the high prices.

This is a gorgeous place. The house is cozy and comfortable, the location is amazing. The food from the brasserie is delicious. Just overall a great place.

We were kindly received on arrival. The accommodation was great and fully equipped. The area is fantastic for us: dunes, beach and sea wonderful.

House was not ready to move on arrival, as compensation there were drinks on the house. We arrived late, the key was in the restaurant (on the premises) for us. So we could arrive without stress. The bungalow was exactly as shown / described. We felt very comfortable.

Arrived ok, but first had to look for the entrance, since the flags at the entrance did not show Belvilla. Accommodation so far ok. Surroundings nice, dog beach in the main level too far away.Ca. 2KM from the entrance beach, were sent several times by the police friendly but determinant.

The facility is absolutely the description. In contrast to the expectations, that there is only one arrival and departure day in the week, is daily arrived and departed. Therefore, there are more car traffic in the plant than expected. The accommodation itself meets the expectations. The proximity of the natural park is also positive. It would have been desirable to have at least optional loungers for the house.

The arrival was very good, even if we could into the house later. But a very friendly reception. The property is mostly very nice with a few kinks as described below. The surrounding area is gorgeous. Close to many activities and excursions as well as close to a beautiful beach and nice restaurants.

We were very pleased, very nice and quiet. Onsite parking. Toll furnished with a kitchen that has everything you need. Bathroom is sufficient, but could be a bit bigger. Separate toilet I find very good. Room of size adequate. Location, right by the sea and quickly for shopping in Amsterdam or Harlem. Great for families with children or couples with dog.

The accommodation itself was very good, but there are two things that I do not so well fand.1. No mattress protector (is not) .2. No proper floor (tile or laminate or PVC) is not synonymous.
