The different types of accommodations are spread over the well-stocked Texel Coast Park. There are three different free-standing variants to book. There are the country houses, chalets and modern, single-storey bungalows.
The country houses built in maritime style are in three types; the 6-pers. (NL-1796-07) and 4-pers. (NL-1796-08). These houses feature box-spring beds and are somewhat wider than the standard 6-pers. variant (NL-1796-09). You have a dishwasher and combo-microwave. Single 6 pers. houses have a cozy atmosphere (gas) or wood stove. A small number of houses of this type has a bedroom with bunk beds on the first floor instead of two single beds. beds. Most 6-pers. country houses have a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor.
There are also furnished two-bedroom chalets, combo-microwave and box spring beds (NL-1796-28).
Lastly, there are luxury and single-storey three-bedroom and two-bathroom bungalows (NL-1796-29). Two of the bedrooms have box spring beds. The third bedroom has a bunk bed. Of course a dishwasher and microwave are present.
Whichever type you choose, you always have a garden with terrace and garden furniture. There is space for one car at each accommodation. At the chalets you park your car at central parking places near the chalets.
Ground floor: (hallway, Living room(TV), Kitchen(electric kettle, coffee machine(filter), combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge(+ freezer)), toilet)
On the 1st floor: (bedroom(bunk bed or 2 single beds), bedroom(2x single bed), bedroom(2x single bed), bathroom(bath tub, shower, toilet))

Beautiful house, it is a pity that there is nothing at all on arrival. No salt/pepper, washing up cubes or toilet paper. We also got almost the furthest possible house in the entire park. Otherwise very nice and clean! Ample amount of plates and glasses etc. Good service!

Arrival messy, the reception is not set up for several people at a time. The accommodation is fine, but was not clean. Environment reasonable.For other questions we met an intern at the desk, this was clearly not suitable, unsatisfactory answer and not friendly.

Flexible handling of time when you can get the key. Especially if the house is not rented in advance and so one is not cleaning the accommodation.
What have we enjoyed? Our cottage was beautifully and tastefully decorated. There is a lot to do in the area. We will definitely come back again!
Texel is always fun! The location of the park is fine. Pool was fine for the children. The hygiene of our house left much to be desired. Not clean, complaint reported and not even a bit annoying / sorry, but the promise to still clean. Unfortunately no one has been to clean up and on new complaint little understanding other than, you are called. Outrageous how customer satisfaction is experienced.
Smooth check in but because we booked through Belvilla and the cottage is located in a holiday park Roompot we had to pay 41,60u local charges on the spot! Nothing about this was told before, we do not find this correct and in the future we will do it arrange it differently.
The park looked beautiful. Houses spacious set up on arrival, we were pretty disappointed because the house was very dirty. Everywhere sand (floor on tables), windows so dirty that you could not see through it (dirty hands and wipes), dirty bathroom, cobwebs etc. Since it was almost bedtime and there was no cleaning crew was cleaned themselves.

Fast and neat service at the reception, nice house with all amenities. Minpunt is really the cleaning, which is far below the size.

The accommodation was very good! Everything available up to washing machine dryer dishwasher etc. Cozy decorated with maritime accessories. Around garden. Nice and calm.

We have been renting this type of property to satisfaction since a few years. It is a nice luxury home with always the necessary space and privacy.
When we arrived we thought we had arrived in a mass park, but that was not so bad. House is well detached and you have enough privacy. Large lawn and sheltered with a dense hedge.
Everything good 🤗 were very satisfied
Had a wonderful midweek on Texel. Walked to the beach through the woods every day. Is very good to do. The only downside was the opening hours of the park itself. Pool already at 15.45 and the supermarket at 16.00, Fortunately there are supermarkets in the neighborhood. There is not much fun in the park either. Especially when everything closes so early.

We were enthusiastically received at the reception, got all the necessary information. We were greatly surprised by the size of the house that was decorated very cozy. It was in an earlier press built holiday village but we certainly did not inconvenience the neighbors.
Arrival was good. The accommodation was superb. Beautiful house and everything complete, up to date and clean. The neighborhood is quiet but we were out of season.

We have a wonderful relaxed holiday gehad.Tot our surprise we were sitting on a park Roompot.Het was a pity that there was not cleaned as well, but that was to plaatsenopgelost.Ook eating at the park was less tasty, but in the village they make it again goed.Leuke environment, nice park, to be repeated
We had a super in the cottage with four children. Horse riding nearby. However, at the price, but a great place!
It was our party of grandparents, parents and children the ideal base for a long weekend of cycling, kite flying at the beach and sailing with the shrimp boat. Everyone has fully enjoyed. Repeating!
Was a lovely holiday house, spacious and everything voorzien..de sofa and armchairs were in our opinion it to vervanging..Ligt within cycling distance of the beach (15min) and walk the Koog. Nice as a getaway, den Burg, the lighthouse, port of Texel with playground .. Fine had two weeks

A lovely relaxing weekend "fresh air" on the island of Texel. Stay in a beautiful property on Coast Park Texel. The 6-person cottage where we stayed with four adults looked perfect! Beautiful garden (ideal for children) and wonderfully spacious inside. Equipped with every comfort (including 2 bathrooms) and spacious bedrooms. The whole (both inside and outside) looked very tidy and clean out! Tribute to the owner. Here we will definitely return again.
beautiful house with plenty of room for 6 people.The is a nice spot to ontdekken.Vlak texel from there to a nice bunch for short walks (with young children) and if they can walk by you as at the beach by the dunes (45 minute walk). Also an ideal base for runners.
We will keep this item in very good memories and come back for sure. Crab cutter ride in Oudeschild was just great.
We are on vacation in August 2011 park Texel. The cottage was fine. Nice setting, fun things for kids to do.

I am with my husband and 2 children (13 and 10) and my parents last weekend to the park before. The house is a picture, the location is nice (but too far to walk to the village with 2 elderly people) and the weather was great. The garden around the house is well maintained and the house is really fully equipped. The pool was a short walk from the cottage. We established a second time to the island and to the same house.
