Villa Noordzee Résidence Dishoek 8

We were in the house with 7 people (max. for 8 people). The rooms on the ground floor and first floor were large enough with plenty of space. The rooms on the middle floor were also large, including the bathroom. However, the wardrobes were a bit too small (narrow). What was missing, however, was a stair gate for small children, as the stairs are quite steep. The house was very clean, spacious entrance area and great garden (corner plot). And the gas barbecue in the garden was very popular. And it wasn"t noisy. We all liked it very much. We will be back :-) The service terminal was also quick and helpful. The proximity to the beach was great and there were nice beach restaurants.

The complex was in a great location for the beach and within driving distance of all the pretty towns. However, the houses are relatively close to each other. The terrace wasn't really clean, but was cleaned the next morning after reporting it to reception. Just like the clogged drain in the shower. The kitchen was well equipped - a mixer would have been great. We would book the facility again.

Environment is fantastic! Fridge may be a bit bigger for 8pers. Showers and beds are excellent. Toaster we missed. Other than that we are really enjoying it here.

A great house with a private bathroom in the bedroom for each couple. We were 7 adults and it went fine. With small children, the living room / kitchen may be a bit small to stay there together, a total of 8 people. Otherwise great accommodation with good and fast communication.

We had a great time in the holiday home. On arrival we found a clean house with tasteful furnishings. The holiday home park is very well maintained and it is very quiet there.

We found the house too small for 8 adults on the ground floor

The house was fine with all necessary amenities. Only a pity that the weather was not so great, but Belvilla can do nothing about that of course!

House was full of ants. Walked through the living room and kitchen. Was already when we arrived. Shower upstairs and downstairs did not drain the drains. With payment we had to pay an extra amount that was not stated in the amount stated before.

Dear Sir or Madam, We enjoyed the stay at the North Sea Residence. Was a nice and spacious house and perfect for 8 people. A: The microwave didn't work, annoying / annoying if you have a baby like us and can't warm up a bottle for a while! > Or heat up a pizza!B: The fireplace didn't work, it could have been so cosy!C: The TV on the top floor didn't work.D: The fridge cooled very moderately!In short, the quality of the electrical equipment is far from good! Unfortunately, there was also no description of the various equipment, otherwise we might have been able to solve something. Hello, we liked it a lot. What would be objectionable: It could have been cleaner but the biggest annoyance was that we had to rinse everything that came out of the dishwasher by hand. We all have dishwashers at home and it is very annoying when you have to wash by hand while on vacation because the dishwasher does not wash properly. Even cleaning the sieve did not help. Otherwise it is a nice place to stay in which we felt comfortable.

House not finished with cleaning on specified time but almost 45 minutes later. The cleaning is also done with French battle. Spinnerag and dust still in various places. Eclipse attic floor piece .. Houses are diverse, one has a beautiful veranda, other does not. Not this one. The title of luxury is not appropriate here. We wanted to collect the rest in the house, but that was not possible by being ready later ...

Most things were good and went well; except for having the accommodation ready in time for check (with one hour of delay), not enterily cleaned and with a dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Despite the promise that the cleaner would return to finish up cleaning, nobody appeared during our 5 days stay. Not the service your expect at this park. Location; leisure; comfort are ok and in accordance with expectation, despite corona measures.

Nice house. Luxury tea and coffee is ready in a welcome package. Cozy atmosphere fireplace. all looks good.

It is an 8 person house, we were now 5 people, just think that the living room / kitchen for 8 people is on the tight side. Furthermore, the house was not really clean dirty windows here and there a spider web. The shower that was located downstairs ran very bad through.

Great website for booking a holiday stay

Fantastic house for 8 people with 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, 2 separate toilets. Close to the beach entrance! Beautiful wide beach. Cozy square at the resorts with various restaurants for everyone, nice shops and a great snack bar!

Arrival was fairly impersonal and late in the day. Checking in is only possible at 3 p.m. while checking out must be at 10 p.m. Accomodation was fine and the surroundings incredibly beautiful.

Very nice and practically furnished villa. Atmospheric, everything for 8 people. Clean and still fairly new looking. Environment perfect. Close to the beach and dune crossing. Dining options a few meters away!

We were able to arrive without any problems in the late evening, because we got the access data in advance. The beds were made and everything was clean. In the outdoor area are still loungers, tables and chairs available. The house has room for 8 people and is cozy and clean. The beach is fabulous. We'll be back!

Upon arrival, the dishwasher was not cleared, the previously booked baby cots we had to build and relate ourselves. Unfortunately there was only 1 mobile stair gate for 3 floors! Socket fuses were missing everywhere !! In my opinion, a no go for families with small children. Otherwise, both the house from inside and outside, as well as the paths + green areas a modern, tidy and clean impression. Unfortunately, there was not a single playground on the area which I thought was a pity. To complain about the friendliness of a lady at the front desk, they did not comply with a request from us and reacted rude and uncooperative.

Beautiful and fully furnished villa, very neat and clean available. The door lock code was already available through Largo after full payment so contact with the reception was not necessary.

Great reception. Nice house. Holiday homes are close together. Location is nice just behind the dunes and the sea.

We were kindly received. The cottage was unfortunately not very clean. Dishwasher was full and did not smell fresh. House looks spacious but is quite small. It is really too small for 8 people. We had a small child with us. House was not suitable for that. No stair gate, dirty carpet, wires hung under the fireplace. Lots of broken crockery and glasses. Not enough crockery and cutlery for 8 people. Reception difficult to reach. On the day of departure, the reception simply remained closed. People had just put all kinds of things at the door because there was nobody. Beds were good. Environment is beautiful.

Frightening about the still to be paid service costs

Arrival was fine, you could immediately enter with your code. Accommodation was clean and tidy only there was no outside lighting at the front door and there was no covering outside like with the neighbors around us. The cushions in the shed were damp and therefore had a strange odor. Setting was beautiful.

Arrival was fine, house was clean, tidy and nicely decorated. We did not find it convenient that there were no shelves and storage spaces in the bathrooms. Furthermore, there was no privacy in the back garden due to insufficient vegetation. Passers-by often stood still to look and that gave an uncomfortable feeling when you sat outside.

We were shocked by the number of houses in the relatively small park. The houses are built very close to each other. In the garden we had 5 different neighbors and because they are houses for 6 to 9 people it was around us and quite busy. Unfortunately it was not possible to come a day earlier although the house was free. It was not possible to leave the computer system. Unfortunately. We did want to book and pay extra, but both Belvilla and the park did not want to cooperate. Ultimately for fallacy. There would be no one on Thursday to arrange the reception. Later it turned out that we would also be able to enter the house without registering. A missed opportunity. Belvilla offered another discount for the calling costs (three hours !!,) but could not settle that. We had to bring it up in the park. So we didn't do that.

On arrival we found the house in a good condition. Neatly tidy and clean.

Cottage is great, modern and new.

Fantastic location, right on the sea. Cozy square with various cozy restaurants. Bicycles for rent in the immediate vicinity of the rented cottage. It takes a while to find the reception. It is not specified where you can report your own. House looks excellent. Fairly new, clean, good beds, nice shower, 2 cars to park on private land, in the vicinity possibility to park extra cars on private land. In short, great.

The reception was a bit difficult to find at the indicated address, it is better to drive into the park and park behind the reception at the P and then check in. Accommodation was great, especially the bedrooms with each room having their own bathroom was much appreciated. Kitchen well equipped and large enough. We had good weather so could also use the terrace! Lovely the beach and the dunes within walking distance, and many catering facilities nearby.

We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the house. The arrival was totally uncomplicated, as well as the departure and the administrative Abwicklung.Die small settlement in which the house is, is well laid out and very well maintained. It has excited us from the outside, as from the inside. You can tell, however, that the area is still very new (planting is still very low and therefore everything is very close to you and rooms are visible) and also in the house it still lacks the one or the other decorative element. Nevertheless, we had a great time and would recommend the house.

There was still a lot of building and it seemed to be looking for the reception. Cottages are quite new and the garden is a bit bald. House was fully equipped and close to the sea!
