The apartment is quietly located, on a slight hill on the outskirts of Schwendau. From here you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The flat is comfortably furnished and has a large living/bedroom and a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a bedroom with 3 beds and a bathroom. For a carefree night's sleep!
It is just 1 km to the nearby Horbergbahn cable car, which offers easy access to the entire Mayrhofen ski area. This means you have 159 km of slopes with 51 lifts at your fingertips. In summer, the holiday home is an ideal starting point for beautiful walks in the surrounding nature

Lovely on our own and yet close to civilisation. Brigitte is a very nice host. The flat was super nice, really as the photos show. Neatly maintained and clean.
The holiday flat is adequately equipped and provides a great sense of space. The fact that we were able to travel with our dog was a huge plus for us. The location makes it perfect for hiking and skiing holidays. The nearest cable car is just a 10-minute walk away. The hostess deserves special mention. As soon as something happens, she is on hand, extremely friendly and always strives to make your holiday unforgettable.
The house was really comfortable, with beautiful view from the outside. It was easy to get to the house. Owners were very nice, polite and helpful. We enjoyed being there, it was cheerful time. We loved it so much!!!

Fantastic, complete flat on the ground floor of the house. Unfortunately no balcony, but an excellent sitting area where you can overlook the beautiful valley. The kitchen was very fully equipped, and everything was big enough for 2 people, possibly with small children, but not 3 adults. Bathroom was also fine and the hostess was very cordial! We had a very nice week.
If you like solid peace but want to be close to all the sights, this flat is the perfect base. The flat is fully equipped and has very friendly owners. Highly recommended!
