Apartment Giltstein

The welcome is warm. The apartment was very clean. The bathroom is neat but not very big. The beds sleep very well but we found the sofa less so. You have a very nice balcony with furniture. There is also a good awning on the balcony. Furthermore, there are shutters on the windows and doors which ensures that the flat stays nice and cool. The view is moderate, you look directly at a mountain with electricity poles There is a fantastic coffee machine. What is very neat is that coffee toilet paper and dishwasher tablets are available for free. Furthermore, there are very many towels available.

We were guests in Giltstein for the sixth time... And it was like all the others: absolutely great!

We have been staying here for 10 years now. The family is very cordial. The place is nice. And the connection to both Brig and Riederalp is perfect. And don't forget the fine coffee machine!

Very friendly hospitable landlords. Neatly furnished house with a spacious balcony. Very helpful with advice regarding shops, restaurants, tourist sites, beautiful nature, et cetera. Conveniently located close to main road. The various lifts to the Aletsch Glacier are very close by.

The apartment is conveniently located for cable cars, bus, train and supermarket. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so comfortable. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Take a good look at prices v.d. cable cars, for 8 days e.g. 155.00 francs, including bus and train.

In Mörel you can do various hiking trails, go skiing in winter or in thermal baths .... it simply has a beautiful landscape and many high mountains. Highly recommended !

The accommodation is clean, tidy and provided with linen and plenty of bath towels / keukenlinnen.About is a bit dated, but fits fine, is neat and very. A very small bathroom where the toilet was immediately. You have enough privacy and you can feel free to ask questions. Wonderful area to keep your vacation. Enough to see in the area and many hiking opportunities. Public transport within a few minutes, ideal!

A fantastic accommodation in a particularly beautiful area in Wallis

The arrival went well. Friendly people, walked along to show the house and explain some things. It is comfortable and completely furnished. And then a cup of coffee from the Jura ... The environment lends itself to endless hiking. There is a growing interest in cyclists, due to the construction of mountain bike routes. The house is centrally located close to the main road.

We were received very friendly with two bottles of wine as a welcome drink. A clear explanation of the otherwise good house rules. The accommodation is neat and, except for the bathroom, large enough to live and cook. The bedroom is also spacious enough. The balcony equipped with table and chairs invites you to enjoy the brrgen around. Only downside is that sometimes, if there is a lot of traffic, there is some noise. But once in the mountains all goes through the valley, rivers, trains and other traffic, so you take that for granted. The hosts leave you completely untouched what your privecy benefits.

General impression is good. Kitchen appliances could and would be better.

Been for the 5th time and it remains a great destination. Everything fine in the cottage. Baker and supermarket close by. With the pass pass to Zermatt, Kandersteg or do buses in Domodossola. Nice owners who do not bother you and there if you need them.

We are for the fourth year was the holiday of Itich family with our family (two daughters, aged 11 and 14 years) and the weather was glorious gehad.De holiday home is on the first floor and consists of a hallway, living room with kitchen and two folding beds, small bathroom and large bedroom.The is a cozy apartment and completely furnished.The located in the village Mörel.Vanaf the apartment you can walk to the gondola you Itich families to Riederalp brengt.De live under, they are friendly and helpful but you have complete privacy.

We have spring break enjoyed hiking, skiing, thermal baths - everything is possible. And then go home, take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen for dinner and sleep well. Ittigs are sympathetic Gastgeber.PS The bakery in Mörel we visited a day before breakfast.

As in previous visits, a good holiday with much fun.

For the 3rd time back in haus Giltstein. Perfect anywhere near, nearby supermarket. Ideal starting point for journeys near Brig to eat. The Aletsch wander pass is great and super cheap. Everything is doable by public transport. The owners are super accommodating.

This was our second year in Giltstein. We did not regret that we have done this like last year the cottage was neatly trimmed and equipped with all the promised gemakken.In a word top!

For us this was a perfect place to go hiking a lot and go into the mountains.

For the fourth time we were guests in Morel. The apartment Giltstein is spacious, equipped with everything and the location close to the main road an excellent base. We met two extremely hot weeks and then it's nice if you can escape the heat m foreseeable distance beyond the 2000. Fine stay for a wonderful ski holiday.

For our ski holiday in the Aletsch arena was a good uitvals basis.Op walking distance, there were two ways to get a lift in the middle of the ski area. Hence you could immediately on skis "s the slope on.The apartment was good, spacious and fully equipped for a stay of 4 persons.

We had a wonderful holiday at home Giltstein. Train, bus, cable car, restaurants, supermarket and a bakery with delicious bread within walking distance. The house has a lovely balcony. However, we do not find the house for 4 people because the bathroom is very small. There you can actually with two adult non simultaneously. Furthermore, only positive.

Haus Giltstein we liked very well. The location is central for excursions and hiking accessible by mountain railways. At the Aletsch Glacier, The owners are welcoming. The decor is good and cozy. The kitchen was very complete. On the large balcony we had a lovely sitting in the sun. We only found the shower / wc bit on the small side.

The apartment is well furnished. If something were not present, and you ask then it supplied with it. The house is quiet in a residential area. You have a great balkon.Dicht to the apartment is a great baker and a little further on a supermarkt.De lifts to the alp are nearby and you can trip on foot start.The weather in this part of Switzerland is usually well.We have Now two times stayed here and can recommend it for people who like wandelen.Autotochten the passes and trips to Italy mogelijk.Tip Take the car train at Kanderstegg, it saves considerably on the outward and terugreis.Bij the tourist office is off for this get. map

We were from 7.6-16.6.2014 guests in the cottage Giltstein. We are 4 persons 23-59 years of age. The rooms are warm and clean. The beds are very good. Oven and coffee maker in the best condition. We come right around a lot and I can say such a friendly and helpful host family we never had. (Whether in Austria / Switzerland or in eastern Europe) We can only recommend and if we will be wiedr times in this area the cottage, then we will book with safety here again.

Always a great week there!

Again a lot of walking, easy that everything is close. The walking pass where you can do so much with it is absolutely indispensable. You do not need a car in this area to vacation deal. You're so in Brig from there to go to Geneva and Locarno. We will definitely be back to this wee house, the people are very friendly and helpful.

Very good base for excursions, is centrally located in the Rhone Valley! Everything necessary is present at the apartment. (Bed linen, all towels) Basically we have enjoyed this site!

The chalet is good and easy to get to and there is 3 car?'s Parking voorzien.Op a 5 minute walk from the gondola that takes you quickly into a beautiful ski resort. The ski area was very nice and quiet, never have to queue at the ski liften.Het was slightly more expensive than expected, because you had to pay. Inflict severe elevator (village? Ski Area) But this was it waard.De chalet kitchen is fully equipped, even with espresso machine and kaasfondue.De owners themselves stayed on the ground floor and were extremely friendly and behulpzaam.De opportunity is sure that we come back? Giltstein!

The apartment is on the 1st floor, nice owners live on the ground floor. Cozy kitchen little dated but amply. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils. No washing dishes, talking about, large fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker and an espresso machine. Bathroom is small and awkward with 2 doors. Master bedroom is spacious. In the living room, our kids slept. Apartment is well heated. There is free wifi. Approximately 5 minutes walk you can reach the cable car to Riederalp. In the village of Morel's not much to do, restaurants and some shops. Ideal base for winter sports. We (parents with older children) are very pleased with this apartment.

From Mörel it is easy to the ski area Aletsch Arena to come. This medium sized ski area by the alternation of the three areas (Rieder, Bettmer and Fiescheralp) attractive. Quite a lot of skiing and also black rood.Haus Gilt Stein is a great location with very friendly owners. This was our third time there and we think definitely come back.

We knew the place and the area of u200bu200bprevious residence. The skiing is great, even for the children. This property was new to us, and lived entirely up to expectations. Friendly managers.

It was our third time we stayed in Gilt Stein. The advantages of this house, we see: it's cozy. You put luxury coffee. It lies directly on the main road so no quarter climb or fall before you get there. Over the years there has been increasing improvements to the house. The hostess was very welcoming and helpful while they also showed us the room. This holiday is a good base for the German speaking part of Wallis to explore. Wander in the Turtmanntal and the cable cars to the Aletsch Glacier are around the corner. And if you have money go to the Gornergrat ...

We have in the period from 27.12.2009 to 02.01.2010 which has found an apartment we immediately liked and we feel at home, just great, you can only empfehlen.Mit the weather this year was such a thing in itself. We have had a wonderful holiday at Haus Giltstein. It is clean, cozy, warm, and you really feel right at home. The owners are very friendly and although they live in the same house, you have plenty of privacy. You walk in 5 minutes to the gondola car so you do not need the whole week. Ideal.
